quick question im at the end of a 3 months of bulking and heavy training and april is my rest month (may - august is cutting period) for april, i plan to only go gym on weekends to do whole body stuff while most of the time is spent on cardio or nothing what kind of diet should i prescribe to eh? last time during bulk, i stick to the 5-7 times of meals per day with the aim of 1g per pound of my bodyweight (now im 191lbs) and lean carbs/fat and good cals (gained from 75kgs - 87kgs in 4-5mnths including the bulk period) any good diet plans during resting period? |

QUOTE(CatDog @ Jul 27 2009, 01:32 AM) hi ya all! im not malaysian so please be patient with me if my question seems stupid... dudeare steroids legal in malaysia? i asked some people who said they are legal(i mean can be bought in pharmacy) in some states and Illegal in some. in my country it is ok to have steroids but you can not buy most of them from pharmacy without doctor recommendation. but there are legal companies who you can get steroids however the price is higher than pharmacy. now im stuck in malaysia(no offense.i love it here:) ) and dont know what to do...either i have to buy expensive fake stuff or wait a long time until i return to my country... me is a legal officer so take it from me steroids are legal anywhere else in the world in malaysia, its not restricted under the akta dadah berbahaya (dangerous drugs act) please check out i think section 7 and/or section 57 i cant remember i know where and price for steroids and i've done a concise research on this subject but its for u to know for u to find out discussing the details here will get u banned mind u This post has been edited by gtoforce: Jul 28 2009, 12:54 AM |

QUOTE(CatDog @ Jul 28 2009, 11:23 AM) thank you guys. underground malaysia still ok brodont know what people who make these laws think. if they ban things like this, people have to go to underground places and buy these stuff. this is 10 times worse. fake stuff can cause crazy damage to your body. cuz all of them got from one source only outside there is the one u should be taking care of when buying never buy from websites etc get from people from the gym itself at least if anything happens, you know where to go QUOTE(zeist @ Jul 28 2009, 12:46 PM) yeah but some people whom are naturals look like they take steroids toosome of the indications are 1) acne scars on their body (a lot...body acne is purely hormonal albeit sometimes bacterial but usually entails use of hormone treatment etc like steroids) 2) gynecomastia - female boobs on man 3) ultra big - look at ronnie coldman, durian yates, kevin lebrong, etc and compare them with defranco, mentzer and arnie if u guys look at my posts, i never disagree with the use of steroids cuz i think its just a way of skirting the natural methods but never condone the use of it cuz i myself dont...its expensive, potentially destructive, requires a heap of education on your own, trial and errors, bombs by people in the threads especially in bb.com and t-nation, questionings, and most of all ULTIMATE COURAGE and again EDUCATION haha |

That does not include face acne scars? Like tiny holes everywhere. look at how i name themNais durian. Dorian Yates. Added on July 28, 2009, 8:04 pmOh yea, saw a young chap only 18 years old, but taller than me. As tall as arabian guy, holy crap he bench press at 80kg (including bar, arabian guy only can bench press at 90kg and he cakap barbell bench press not his cup of tea, lulz!). From what I heard, he only workout for a couple of months, can see he's growing definitely, decent physique and size, nais!. He spoken to arabian guy, but me haven't spoken to him yet (they always come later, pfftttt!). I should learn a thing or two from him. Based on my observation, apparently a lot of guise in the gym including myself can't do barbell bench press much, don't know WTF is wrong. I know my bench press form is definitely wrong, DB bench press is okay (always do 6 - 7 sets each for both flat and incline). I know if I rely on the barbell bench press, there won't be any koyak orgasm at all. ronnie coldman kevin lebrong durian yates hahaha its just something to jab at them they are not 'true' bb'ers like arnie and mentzer era nuff said there and i dont think u should worry much about poundages as long as ur improving thats just fine worry too much, that'll be the main reason why gym goers quit and i think its ridiculous i hate the term giving ur self credit etc and all those crap but i'd rather say be patient give urself 1 year plus i've seen people benching 50kg's plates per side (100kg's colelctively) but they all suck at doing it cuz they dont do it full rom perhaps 40-50% rom my max is 40kg's per side but i'd rather do a 4-6 reps 100% ROM just sharing haha QUOTE(kotmj @ Jul 28 2009, 11:17 PM) It's bedtime, and as I'm writing this I'm drinking a glass of full-cream UHT milk + 1 scoop of ON Casein. if u kurus, casein's good for uas for me who's on a clean cut phase, casein's just bad haha Added on July 28, 2009, 11:40 pmbtw saw wong hong played today at anabolic he also didnt play really heavy maybe he's on a cutting season kot This post has been edited by gtoforce: Jul 28 2009, 11:40 PM |

Tandoori is certainly not oily but the idea of having rice before sleep sounds crazy to my friends. A pretty big pony at that. are ponies that gentle eh pizza?haha i think im agreeing to bata orang sakit otak can get roid rage as the increased in testosterone just make things worse especially those with anger management issues |

QUOTE(iamyuanwu @ Aug 10 2009, 10:25 PM) I've just received some 'unconventional' nutrition and exercise advice today: where did u get the stuff on the statements from 1-3?(pizzaboy, can you ask your coach about these pointers whether they make sense? Because they certainly don't make any sense to me. LOL!) 1) Drinking whey in between set during workout will put the proteins to waste. It's better to take isotonic drinks. Post workout should be something with carbs (milk, bananas, eggs), then a few minutes later---whey protein. 2) Don't take protein stuff immediately after waking up. Take some carb (fruits, honey, bread, rice, porridge, etc) or chinese style soup. Then take protein (eggs, milk, whey, etc) 1/2 to 1 hour later. 3) Chin up works the triceps instead of the biceps. Well I have lots of respect for the gym owner, but this one I can't accept. http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html Braindead, HL is low lactose. Probably that's why it's more expensive. If you're not lactose intolerant, then it doesn't matter much to you. they sound weird although not absolutely wrong...just weird |

hey dudes
i've googled enough but could not find the best answer to this im aware of the basic functions of l-glutamine and creatine, but when's the best time to take them and how? i've read in sites including bb.com by big cat and shaun lebrun for creatine, i've read that if your goal is strength during training, one should take it pre-workout whereas muscle mass as a goal requires taking it post workout...but i've read somewhere that it should also be consumed upon rising and/or before bedtime as for glutamine, some say that it should be consumed upon waking up, before bed and post workout my question is, lets say after workout we wanna consume whey protein due to the muscles in the anabolic state so we consume whey + glutamine + creatine? or? and like upon waking up, usually i take casein or whey so whey/casein + glutamine + creatine or? they also talk on insulin spikes like taking creatine/glutamine efficiently with simple carbs drinks like fruit juice etc are stuffs like ribena and sunkist sufficient? QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Aug 23 2009, 10:20 AM) All this debate about creatine just makes me wonder one simple thing. i think mamat big cat in bb.com did a physical test on bb'ers who drank creatine with orange juice at a certain period of time and measured the gains in muscle mass after 8-10 weeksHow do these researchers/guideline makers know that it's better to take it at that particular time? to sum up uhuk-uhuk's summary, so, to save all the hassle, for creatine cycle, start with the loading phase and later the post loading, and if malas just campur with whey protein or drink whey 30 minutes after taking the creatine (u used glucolin eh? i'd prefer sunquick or ribena) after loading phase, for non-workout days, drink creatine upon waking up whereas workout days, drink 10g post workout then, does the same apply to glutamine? i mean glutamine takde load or post loading phase kan? and do u think glutamine and creatine consumption could help with fat loss cuz they supposedly help our body to repair and grow muscles |
