Cash advance interest is the same for all banks i.e. 18% per annum compounded on daily basis.

I think cash advance fee is 5% or RM50 which ever is higher. The interest is applicable if you not settle the amount by due date. The rate is depend on your tier rate 17.5%, 16% or 13.5%.

For that CC, I got no idea Visa I got reference the 3-digit at the back before.

Anyway, I did not receive any latest TP catalogue from MBB Already received monthly CC statement.

Me too. In my last statement from MBB there was no catalog.

I cant ever used the 4 digits to registered AMEX online account. My card is MBB AMEX Classic credit card. I received my TP catalogue together with the card statement

Vaguely, if you are referring to the actual Amex Charge card online, no, you can't register. You need the Charge card.

Same with MBB auto-pay bill. You can only auto-pay TNB with Amex Charge card. Not Amex Credit card.

Want to ask previous UOB CC users...

Recently I'm cancel my credit card, the bank staff ask me to call back their customer service after 1 week. Just want to know did they giving you any documents (Cancel confirmation letter or something like that) as a proof when you walk in to cancel the card?

I also didn't receive TP catalogue. Barely statements.

If you walk into their branch and submit the cancellation form, you may request a photocopy of the form from them. After your account has been successfully closed ( in the bank system ), UOB will send EACH card a closure confirmation letter to your mailing address.

If i take out cash today that mean the due date is the 26 march 2009 izzit???

I've got my EON CC approved beginning of this month but till today I've not received it yet.

I called up the CS and was informed they had sent via PosLaju to my office on 5th Feb but till today not receive.
Check with my company mailroom, no such post came.

I was mad and I asked the CS what they gonna do, they then suggested to send to my home. I told them I am not at home and I am in the office all the time.

I then asked the CS would the postman call me when he is here to deliver me the item? CS said they won't call but they knock your office door.
I told them this is ridiculous, the address has already shown TOWERS(building)... how he wanna knock the door? For sure the delivery will fail.

I then ask them what they intend to do now. They said send it to branch but I said I don't have time to go branch, is there any other solution? Sadly they just ask me to wait for the card to be returned back to them.

It is already 3 weeks and the card is still not returned back to EON. I'm not sure has someone taken the card for fraud or other.

HUH!!! daily ah... 1day how much interest wow..???

i've record breaking waiting time from eon bank for the card around 2 months from the date i receive the approval letter. That was when visa changed it's logo few years back. Their reason is " out of visa card stock, need to wait for the new visa arriving their center "
i suggest if you can ask them to send it to Eon bank pavilion branch, open 7 days week, as i assume your working time is same with bank, on weekend both bank and you are on leave. Alternately, you may collect it at pos laju as they do operate on sunday if i remember it correctly.
