Sfax : Just my opinion, may be should get a super cushioning shoe for your training? I think better to invest in good trainer as you would run more during training.
My suggestion if you are neutral foot: Saucony T5 (or T6 if out oredi), Asiics Gel Nimbus biggrin.gif

I oredi bought the Mizuno Wave Rider 12, it's very comfortable and nicely fit to my high arch. But i think i think the cushioning still not good enough for LSD, anyway it could become my racer for long race. The weight is very light and the cushioning is better compared to performance trainer ( mine is NB 903). Next target is Asiics Gel Nimbus-10! biggrin.gif

you better keep away those low profile Adi and never use it for trng if you want to continue running. else your feet will NEVER, trust me NEVER recover. And probably you can NEVER run !!!!!! for you condition keep away all the light weight trainers that had little cushioning. Just get a cushion trainer to condition your feet back.

ganabathi: If I'm correct, my guess is that you be joining the FTAAA cross country race? Since it's only 2 weeks from now, my suggestion on what you can do is, go out on a hard and fast 5K run on this remaining few days of the week till say Saturday. But please watch yourself. Don't over do it. Next week, starting from Monday start from a 10K easy run running down to a 5K on Friday. This will allow your body to "temporary instantly" adjust to race conditions while recovering at the same time. I hope this will allow you an instant boost for the race in 2 weeks. Good luck.

When the registration is open, you can register at adidas stores such as the one at Gardens and Pavilion. And boy I must say you are anxious. It's only February!
