The Nike Lunar Trainer+ trialing day first session is now confirmed to be held at Bukit Aman carpark on 18 October 2008, 5am. It will be a LSD run, so please come prepared. Exclusive for Runnerz Circle core members only.

ccube: It's a trial session where each runner will be a given a pair to try it on. Later, a post mortem will be held to share among the positive and negative aspects of the shoe. Runners won't get the shoe though. Have to give back. And it's only limited to the trainer, not the racer.
strife01: The Lunars were launched last Monday priced at RM389 for the LunarTrainer+ and RM439 for the LunaRacer+. metalfreak: Do take care of yourself there and I will see you soon. Remember to run and take photos around there. |

andy: LSD stands for Long Slow Distance meaning running a long distance at a slower pace to build up leg strength and also endurance.
