sfax: I'll be there around 5am for the Nike Lunar Trainer+ trialling. Our doube hill run will start at 6am. Just meet up at the same place where you met us last Saturday. We will be doing the reverse double hill route which I think none of us has done before. See ya!

i find running in the morning you can breath easier.

in the afternoon, too hot to run.

in the evening it's slightly too stuffy feeling.

night........never......takut kena robbed.

d3vil, i never like to run in the afternoon or evening for my workouts. too stuff n hot most of the time, unless it rains an hour or two b4 your run. FYI, i normally do my runs in the morning, the air is fresher and i can run better. the only setback for someone is to wake up earlier. i m used to it, so no effect for me.

Excuse me guys….newbie here…

Might want to join u all for tomorrow…but afraid later my legs don’t have enough rest for Sunday’s Mizuno Wave…

Are you guys will be doing the Nike Lunar Trainer shoe trials and later you guys will do the double hill? Or you guys will be using the Lunar Trainer from the shoe trials for the double hills? I little bit confuse here.

I’ve yet to run there…very afraid for Sunday’s race. That why I want to try first on Saturday…

Its up to you. To try the Lunar Trainer+, you will need to register youself first before getthing the shoe. If you can't run, jog or walk then.
By the way Riq, if it was you that posted a comment in the blog, you did good at Klang 12K. You should be able to wtihstand double hills. No worries on that.

Frank/Phoenix…

Yes it is me who leave a comment in your blog…You have inspired me a lot man!

I’ll try to make it for tomorrow. But it look like I’ll running alone if I’m late…wonder how I gonna remember the route from the maps without even step on the actual road before.

Thanks Riq. We will start running at 6am sharp. But if you somehow overslept or late and scared getting lost, you can choose to run around Lake Gardens instead then. There will be plenty of weekeenders there. Besides, Runners Malaysia beginners program starts at 7.30am and they run around Lake Gardens too.
