What I think?

"Oh fck am running. It's only 100m... 200m.... 1km... fck fck fck so many kms to go.. I'd rather go at home sleep under blanket so cozy.. Ok think happy thoughts. Sing with the music. Ok lets sing.. Ssssiiingggg"

Then I'll start lip-synching biggrin.gif

meatball, run will finish around 7:30 leh.. can shower and still go to work tongue.gif
*
what am i thinking? usually completely blank else :

on running events "shiat, again i'm paying to run a freaking long road.!!! KNS!!! the hill so bloody steep!!! $#$#@%$#%" (*all the way till the end)

on normal jogging "i cant belive i woke so freaking early just to run here, hey that gal is cute, must overtake her"

upon finishing both "weeeeeee!!! song ahh!!! can't wait for next week"

Added on October 14, 2008, 1:56 pmanother questions to all the sifu runners....

what you guys usually think of when you guys running...especially alone and doing long distance?

it is a blank mind?...singing motivation songs?...solving problems?...girls? drool.gif ....etc.

Kindly share with newbie like me...as i find sometime negative toughts come into my mind causing me to easily give up or slow down.(worse when tired and legs in pain).

Thanks for sharing...waiting for your feed back. icon_rolleyes.gif

i find running in the morning you can breath easier.

in the afternoon, too hot to run.

in the evening it's slightly too stuffy feeling.

night........never......takut kena robbed.

Andy, This is a dirt race, not a stroll in the park so dont expect to come out clean !!!!

anyway looks like u guys have some fun in Genting Trailblazer, congrats of making it thru.
*
i'm not mentioning on the cleaniless la. i was having lotsa fun plowing through the muds and all.

ehh you guys saw one pair of nike free shoe on the uphill mud? no takers. someone must have left it there. ohh there's some people using saucony fastwitch 3 for trailrunning. my kampung adidas spike also hardly have any grip at some section liow. i do wonder some people who use nike free and other road running shoes how they manage to get up.
