Meatball, if you're not working Saturdays, wake up a bit earlier and come lar. At the time you drive, there sure won't be any jam. Haha.

d3vilzzzz: Since you do come for the beginner's program, do introduce yourself to us when you see us. I'm sure you know how I look like.
meatball88: I'm not really sure as I do not check on my sensor when I run. But if I were to estimate it, I guess it will be around 1KM to 1.5KM long. Don't ask the distance, experiencing yourself is the best. |

"Oh fck am running. It's only 100m... 200m.... 1km... fck fck fck so many kms to go.. I'd rather go at home sleep under blanket so cozy.. Ok think happy thoughts. Sing with the music. Ok lets sing.. Ssssiiingggg" Then I'll start lip-synching meatball, run will finish around 7:30 leh.. can shower and still go to work |

I can't help but to burst into laughter after knowing what's on Syd and Andy's mind while running. Haha...
As for me, I sometimes do not know what I think about at times. Just stay positive and I always tell myself that I do not want to regret at the end of the day. Some people says that running is actually mind over body. I have to agree at times. |

I imagine I'm a caveman, and there's an (imaginary) cavewoman in front of me.
Seriously, I do mental intervals.. like..'aim for that next telephone pole', or 'until this small bend in the road'.. Definitely have to think about something. |

Syd G: I heard that there will be plenty of it. No worries on sizing. Besides, I don't think there will be many female runners around.
