sfax,  we will only arrive ard noon time.  our bus is 8am in the morning.  staying at Krystal Suites.  If you wanna come and lepak let us know.  wont want to walk too much and overeat.  only do it after my run.  just normal consumption of food will do for me.

anyway there isnt much time to sleep especially for those doing the 42k as the race start at 3am.  almost very similar to running Sundown Marathon.

OK just read about the GE run 2009.

I will most likely join the 20KM run...I'll see how it "feels" first during the standard chartered marathon. I'm seriously going to suffer soon.

By the time I get back Msia, I'll try my very best to do 3 - 4 more 10KM runs before 5th of December and that is about it.

cas2you,
Thx for the infor. i know Quick-Sport. The guy running the business is Yong, selling mostly Tri stuff. I am not interested in Newton as I am marketing Saucony right now. I believe Saucony had the price advantage and value for money in terms of performance and technology. But again every brand had its pros and cons in terms of what it offer and also individual preference.

Let me know if you are interested in Saucony running shoes as well as Tri tops and bottoms.

LOLZ, oredi got my bib for PG Marathon, D1012!

There are a lot of people waiting there by 10am for the counter openning! There is a lot of volunteers but obviously not properly organized, so the collection process a bit slow.

Check out this link for some pics on the collection counter! PG MARA

sfax: Wah... You wear the Mizuno vest ar. Very heavy ooh and it doesn't wick sweat fast enough. I advice you change to something else unless you are comfortable with it.
And also your 100Plus, try dilute it with water, at least half of it so you won't feel sticky when drinking it. It works for me.
