00:46:00Min , i cross over those water pack on road , left leg muscle ter-cramp in the 1st 10KM , shit was early ! just slow pace and tahan it.
01:00:00Min , kena Potong by toto4d U=turn 01:34:00Min , chase back toto4d during up bridge 01:54:00Min , 2nd cramp , tahan lagi , pace with Toto4d 02:04:15Min , 50% cramp , tahan + tahan = slow already (Exit Bridge) around 3.5KM to go 02:12:00Min , last 2 KM take me 14min ,80% cramp give up to chase toto4d , very slow jog back to the end points, force my self to Non-stop . last 3.5KM @22min , 7min/KM Complete : 2Hours 26min 32Sec This post has been edited by sfax: Nov 16 2008, 11:05 PM |

finish my half marathon but with side effects....i start feeling some uncomfortable towards my left knee at half way ....but there is still a long way to go n i have to sustain this condition...lukily i manage to fiish the race...few hous later,the pain start to appear...thats my left knee...i cant even walk cos once i bend my left knee..i feel really painful...have to leave the left leg straight while walking..i can only bend my knee while doing it very slowly..walking is consider a fast motion movement alrealy...haiya..anyone encounter this situation before??how to cure this??
...forget to mention...my time 2 hour 0 minutes 28 sec(27th) |

lol, everybody finnish so fast >..<!
I finnish at 5 hours lol! eventhou i suck but this is the first time i finnish a 25km run compared to 60-70% of my friends who took the sweeper bus back XD! first half of the bridge was damn fun!! lol, was running, enjoying view, drinking the 100 plus, eating the power gel, macam enjoy only. Second half of the bridge, first quater of it was damn fun, was running fast and cutting all of my friends, laughing, running. Then came the cramp, oh shyt, sakit until canot move leg, dragging the leg=.=". guess maybe i nv train for a run that long and only always train less than an hour 3 times a week. Oh well, it was damn fun XD! |

Hi all, back from Pg. Was happy with my run and timing. Nothing to complain with only 2 mths of trng coupled with low mileage !!!! Anyway will definitely be back next year at least for the Makanthon with CK and Phoenix!!!!
