Aiya.. You see the graphics you can equal that to Titan Quest requiremnets already. But Blizzard always the best in making newer games with lower requirements.. (Warcraft 3 for example) I guess you can play low effects with your notebook.
Added on June 29, 2008, 2:00 pmOh ya. Thanks for the links =) Woot! Rapidshare happy hour =D
I juz watched the 19mins gameplay... looks good indeed, but i gotta say somehow TQ still looks more gfx intensive, and more detailed interms of textures and almost everything animates like trees which i noticed that D3's trees doesnt animates at all, but that doesn't mean D3 its worse, as it looks of it, D3 juz use different art direction, like pretty color palettes and so on.. basically looks very artistic like WC3...
I noticed now Blizzard like to use its colorful art directions opposed to hi-textures.. its like trademark for Blizzard games as i seen from WC3, SC2 and now D3.
And from the looks of it, if u can run TitanQuest, u have no problem running D3 at all, and imo D3 shld be much lower hardware requirement than TitanQuest, not to mentioned definately much more optimised than TitanQuest.
Action-RPG on Havok tech oredi in TQ (falling down the bridge. stairs and etc) , so nuthin new there, but the cool things abt D3 uses Havok tech its on their environments.. sweetnezz..
To sum up, now D3 looks like they took "God of War" game in implement into their game.. as u can see that u can take life from those dead zombies and the boss walking passing by the background, and the best of all its the way of "storytelling"... it totally engrossing.

I'd say
Summer 2009 / Late 2009 Release
Also, Blizzard are so smart to NOT support DirectX 10.
With Direct X 10, this occurs -
- performance issues
- you will need Windows Vista (which majority of 'gamers' are still on XP)
From the gameplay, even a hundred enemies being thrown in the screen at one time, there is barely any slowdowns.
Maybe there will be, but a bold move to not use Direct X 10. Smart.
Edit : Witch Doctor is sooo freaking cool.... !!
Well said, and for those who didnt know WinXP still being support till 2014... lol... not to mention theres quite alot great game developers doesn't even use DX10 like IDsoftware, Valve (which Gabe the game dev condemned DX10.. lol) and now Blizzard

Cheers
