i notice the gameplay screenshot, the overall is a bit cartoonish. I think they want to retain the age of the game by doing so.

I think paladin will come out the last, as Paladins, well, are the upholder of the light, so by default, it will be there.

Diablo III is an action role-playing game currently in development and the third installment of Blizzard’s Diablo franchise. It was unveiled on June 28, at the 2008 Blizzard Entertainment Worldwide Invitational in Paris, France. Development on Diablo III began some time in 2005 when Blizzard North was still in operation. Four years is about time for a game release.

Associates working on a Diablo 3 game design have supplied the following information.

The release date for the online beta multiplayer trial version is currently set to:
11th September, 2009

The final version, available for purchase is to be released before Christmas:
24th December, 2009

The system requirements are likely to be:

PC:
Operating System: Windows XP/ Vista
Processor: 1.4GHz or higher CPU.
RAM: 1Gb or more.
Video: 128Mb video card Dx9
Hard Drive Space: 4-8GB

Mac:
Operating System: MacOS X 10.3 (Panther) or better.
Processor:1.6GHz or higher.
RAM: 1Gb or higher, DDR RAM recommended.
Video: 128mb ATI or NVIDIA video card

still 9 more months to go. hopefully they could get out from the sluggish market situation rite nw.

i wish they had more items to be worn by the hero. add cuffs, shirt n cloak mebe. like WoW.

And hope the witch doctor/wizard have more ring slots. mebe earring or nose ring for witch doctor!

haven't have time to try sacred 2. but i remember sacred 1 had more ring slots for magic practitioner

let's take it this way. D1 started as a dark gothic atmosphere. then D2, based on the story, happened 1 month after D1 storyline. Then D3 I bet happen much later in years, considering Deckard has relative (i assume) that's around 20ish, i think. And the fact that in D2 it's pretty much confirm hell not going to be back on earth as the Worldstone, not only the soulstone of each demon, was destroyed completely. So I say since then the earth heal back normal and thrived.

Mebe they'll consider dark and grittier surrounding in D3 expansion? if the heroes all kalah la in D3 vanilla. haha.

Cos I remember Deckard Cain said, he don't know why Heaven refuse to be directly involve in the conflict, maybe they let man choose their own path. This is in D2, the time you're at "hell" sort of. But later, WS itself was destroyed by Tyrael, so that there's no link for the prime evil n their minions to return to Earth.

if we have all the legendary hell bosses, mebe it will be great.

It was good and brave for him to get out and start on his own. Not many ppl dare to do that, once you're in a comfortable position in a company. lol.

The idea of HG:L to me, was good. Only the implementation from idea, drawing board to a game never really live up to what it could.
