i notice the gameplay screenshot, the overall is a bit cartoonish. I think they want to retain the age of the game by doing so.

QUOTE(Forgotten06 @ Oct 11 2008, 10:12 AM) I think paladin will come out the last, as Paladins, well, are the upholder of the light, so by default, it will be there.Added on October 11, 2008, 8:06 pm QUOTE(Topace111 @ Sep 14 2008, 11:58 PM) You know what makes people "addicted" to this game, its very simple : The treasure looting system. yes, blizzard has this mantra set on every game they make. easy to play, hard to master. You can go on exploring dungeons with multiple level hoping to slay the boss in that area hoping to get some legendary loot. Finally when you get one you decided to sold it bcos it lack slight attributes like Defence -2. Then you go on searching for another lair with same motive & predictable outcome. Another prime example would be World of Warcraft (another blizzard game) There are people : - get fired from respective jobs bcos took too much unpaid leaveto play - broke all their savings to buy equipment from other gamers - ever hear of adult diapers, they eat , answer their call of nature & playing at the very same table. Luckily this euphoria has not invade Malaysia yet (its already running rampant in US) like Walmart not entering into malaysia market yet or else you will not hear jusco, tesco, giant, mydin or carrefour doing biz anymore. It is still Dota here. This post has been edited by toothgnasher: Oct 11 2008, 08:06 PM |

QUOTE(t3chn0m4nc3r @ Mar 31 2009, 02:11 PM) haven't have time to try sacred 2. but i remember sacred 1 had more ring slots for magic practitionerAdded on March 31, 2009, 2:26 pm QUOTE(xavier7 @ Mar 31 2009, 02:19 PM) why not? if u put ur armor pants right away, it's kinda uncomfortable at the family jewel's area. Added on March 31, 2009, 2:35 pm QUOTE(DoomHammer @ Mar 20 2009, 03:50 PM) Bill Roper: Diablo 3 isn't Diablo enough aduh. why still complain about the art direction? http://www.bit-tech.net/news/gaming/2009/0...diablo-enough/1 and I agree..... let's take it this way. D1 started as a dark gothic atmosphere. then D2, based on the story, happened 1 month after D1 storyline. Then D3 I bet happen much later in years, considering Deckard has relative (i assume) that's around 20ish, i think. And the fact that in D2 it's pretty much confirm hell not going to be back on earth as the Worldstone, not only the soulstone of each demon, was destroyed completely. So I say since then the earth heal back normal and thrived. Mebe they'll consider dark and grittier surrounding in D3 expansion? if the heroes all kalah la in D3 vanilla. haha. QUOTE(Highmax @ Mar 31 2009, 07:27 PM) I'm not doing some lookout, just want to ask, if all the soulstone actually been destroyed, then who are we going to fight in this round? Diablo Wife a.k.a Diablese maybe? Descendant of Diablo? Mebe the angel who destroy the WS for you can answer it. Archangel Tyrael? lolCos I remember Deckard Cain said, he don't know why Heaven refuse to be directly involve in the conflict, maybe they let man choose their own path. This is in D2, the time you're at "hell" sort of. But later, WS itself was destroyed by Tyrael, so that there's no link for the prime evil n their minions to return to Earth. if we have all the legendary hell bosses, mebe it will be great. Added on March 31, 2009, 8:50 pm QUOTE(demothrax @ Mar 31 2009, 07:47 PM) Well there are 7 Demon lords all together: Do you think there's anything got to do with Natalya gone after you finish all the quest at Kurast? Or was it just a bug?The 3 Prime Evils: - Diablo, Lord Of Terror - Baal, Lord Of Destruction - Mephisto, Lord Of Hatred The 4 Lesser Evils: - Andariel, Maiden Of Anguish - Duriel, Lord Of Pain - Belial, Lord Of Lies - Azmodan, Lord Of Sin So that left us with those last 2 guys who are mentioned in Diablo 1 if you read the tomes around the dungeon. What have Belial and Azmodan been up to all this time, coz they never appeared in any of the games so far? Added on March 31, 2009, 8:55 pm QUOTE(Fatimus @ Mar 31 2009, 02:46 PM) haha. up to you on how do u look at him, but i don't overlook his point even tho his game fail. Failure and success is normal. It was good and brave for him to get out and start on his own. Not many ppl dare to do that, once you're in a comfortable position in a company. lol.The idea of HG:L to me, was good. Only the implementation from idea, drawing board to a game never really live up to what it could. This post has been edited by toothgnasher: Mar 31 2009, 08:55 PM |

QUOTE(LeoLilieno @ Apr 9 2009, 09:08 AM) Are you sure that Archivist is a joke? Blizzard even willing to go the extend of wasting time on this rather than used it wisely (release earlier). When I watched the video, I am shocked at how weak this character is and how lame his skills are. If it is a joke, then thank goodness. take some chill pill dude. Blizzard have been April Fools all since 2004? All work and no play makes Writ a dull boy. This post has been edited by toothgnasher: Apr 9 2009, 08:08 PM |
