I like this card when they were still with Southern Bank. When CIMB bought over them, I was skeptical about their ability (still am) coz CIMB cards back then were a nobody. Sometimes when I call their CS, it just doesn't seem the same anymore. |

After CIMB took over DA customer service, the quality went down. Few times my calls were unanswered.

sorry to interrupt.. can anyone give me the customer service number for CIMB CC..
want to ask about my CC application.. have been 2 weeks without any call from them.. maybe my application have been rejected  try to call the hotline number stated at the back of CIMB Bankcard..but no shortkey for CIMB CC application  thanks a lot to all ! appreciate the help  |
