If you want to add your name to the list just copy and paste the list from the last post. The format should look like this:

Strongbaby than must refund the "Balance Owed" immediately. Note, should he refund through Interbank Giro remember there is a waiting period by both banks to clear money.

If you do not report back in the thread immediately after confirming the correct amount has been refunded you will be given a 7 day 'vaction' for your account.

Strongbaby, you to refund ACCORDING TO THE ORDER OF THE LIST WITHOUT FAIL. You ARE NOT ALLOWED to SELECTIVELY CHOOSE WHO TO REFUND. If the amount of the person to refund next exceeds RM2K then you ARE TO REFUND AN AGREE AMOUNT (THAT YOU AND THE SAID PARTY HAS DISCUSSED IN PM) AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ONE IN THE LIST. When you have finished paying the 9th person from the list you then to return to the person/people you still owe money and pay another amount that is agreed upon. Example, you agree to pay THT and Hyde`fK RM500 on the 1st round. When you have refunded Kenny83 then you will start with THT and Hyde`fK and refund them another agreed amount. Then you proceed to refund superglwl onwards until tornad0 (he is the 9th person from THT on the 2nd round). Then refund THT and Hyde`fK again and continue from Synco to jerdude.

If you need a more detailed payment schedule than PM me. Do not selective choose who you want to refund because this is the same way you screwed us on how you delivered your promised goods to the list you made.

Normally i refer the main guy as a negotiator in getting hardware components goods/phone/console/etc/etc.
at cheap price and with his terms and conditions.
whatever buyer here see my terms and conditions, ETA, rules and regulations are instructed by my main.
thats the deal between me and him.

For Buyers (What options do you have to proceed from here if things really gone awful).
- You may file a police report against me.
- You may file a legal action against me.
- You may co-operate or join whatever solutions available at bottom here.

For Seller (Me myself have to take action and prepare for worst scenario in case).
- If any police report against me, then the police here will do the part as well to investigate my report i made ago against main.
- If any legal action against me, then i have to get my lawyer to reply in legal manner as well.

Overall Conclusion to buyers & seller.
A) If i have the intention to cheat or con you, i wont be sitting here replying (even though slow) to you
or answering sms or phone calls. I will just off my phone and completely ignore all and be like the infamous guy once here.

B) Preparing for worst case scenario like during court hearing or no show up from Main agent, i will still be held responsible
to do refund at my own expenses. (kindly check out the options avail below later).

C) By digging or fork out own expenses, by all means i still have to find income and project offline or online or
borrow loan shark, loan from relatives (already tried), loan from friends, sell whatever items on hand avail and ETC.
Also i have a family to feed and child to take care of and it will gonna be burdening.

to hurt me by all means, then i am speechless and nothing to say but i will stand and remain responsible for all outcome

6.1) At this sucky an ugly tight situation, as said earlier i have to dig out my own money & expenses
to do refund at own cost.

Refund will be done in either weekly, 2 weeks once, monthly and subject to change.

6.3) Refunding will be done like one by one each based on funds i borrowed, for example the first round of refund done days ago.
(take note: even borrowing money from people got a limit and dunno how much can get from approved funds)

6.4) At same time i have to dig out those old on-hand goods to clear off and compile it in one whole list and try sell it
off at cheap price and refund whichever way it can help.

6.5) I cannot allow my left hand to continue to pour out refunds if my right hand there is no sales income flowing in,
its not balance at all and will end up bottleneck and halted sooner or later.

8.1) Sorry to say that, waiting for refund its hell long process this time, dependent on my sales income that

8.2) You have the rights to lodge police report against me or sue me (as mentioned earlier), if you not satisfied
or not happy for waiting, i don't mind seriously, it's your rights, even the ASP told me.
Proceed to clause 9.0a for guide.

8.3) You may come and pay me a visit with address provided there for H20 drinking session.

8.4) You may continue to scream in forum with sadistic/sarcasm/criticism/flaming/stabbing or satanic remarks.

- Have your I.C ready

- Answer the basic Q&A from police at desk counter before they pen down the report.

- After officer typed out your report in computer, verify the spelling properly and statement,
make sure got my name and IC and whatever detailed info you will put its correct.

- They will verify with their superior your case report no. and submit to relevant IO in charge.

- Done.

- The IO will contact me for questionings and commercial crime unit will look into it.

- And i can rest in peace.

Yup, from a person that don't cares.... a real serious and responsible person would have posted, 'What kind of arrangement I can make to satisfy you but at the same time is possible for me to keep.'

You see you guys, he has your money. And he doesn't care. All his goods (LCD, DVD burners) so far are from local distrobuters when you check the serial numbers on them.

And regarding the PSPs, when he tells you, you met up with him as he is picking up stock at Lowyat that means he was buying it from a shop there probably.

He will satisfy a few customers to keep all your hopes up. Because he needs the money with him to roll.

Hi,

I am one of the buyers waiting for a PSP from Strongbaby. I bought through my brother, RangerRed, as I did not have a lowyat account at that time. I had planned for the PSP to be a (very) belated birthday gift for myself - something which I have rarely done in my life.

Anyway, I have been waiting for a PSP since I paid in on October 31. It has been over a month now.

They say with time you see more clearly and I must thank Strongbaby for giving me ample time to contemplate on what a fool I had been to trust him and his promise of delivery.

Like many of the buyers here, I waited with baited breath, counting down the ETA to my delivery. After all 14 working days seemed like a reasonable wait. And with more people being added to the paid list, I thought that there would be no problem with the bulk.

But like beetle eggs hatching in the grain, the bulk soon became infested with problems.

Strongbaby gave convenient excuses - shipment is late, no stock, shortage of available colours, and so on.

One has to stop here and wonder, if Strongbaby issued the order to the 'suppliers' for your PSP/NDSL/PS2 immediately when you paid in, how can now there be a shortage when the order should have gone through much, much earlier?

Due to parallel goods and the holiday season? Ha!

Then when buyers started demanding a time frame for delivery, he increased the prices. Why did the wise Strongbaby do this? With the extra 'profit' from increased prices, he could cover what had been paid by earlier buyers.

And around and around the money rolls. But who gets the goods? No one knows. Except Strongbaby and he is not telling or being fair in who receives what and when - just look at the list of PAID buyers and the list of those who had goods delivered.

You might say, you misunderstand the numbers in the list is not in order. But if Strongbaby had been a conscientious seller, he should have taken the time to sort the list in order of payment and state the delivery schedule.

Actually, when asked to do this by people in this thread, Strongbaby refused. He didn't want to be responsible for late delivery.

In short, he refused to give transparency to what was happening with the bulk. Did he bother to update here when he knew shipment was going to be slow? No. Only when people complained and asked about delivery did he then give the excuse shipment was late, there was no stock... a litany of excuses which we swallowed because we did not think to question him.

Am I bitter? Yes. Bitterly disappointed in what should have been something to look forward to has become an ordeal in trying to either get my PSP or a refund. Do I feel cheated? Yes. Very much so.

To the buyers waiting for their PSPs, how long are you going to let Strongbaby string you along? When are you going to hold him accountable for failing to live up to his ETA delivery? How many excuses will you swallow before you have had your fill? The excuse of him being a slow seller doesn't hold water when he takes over a month to deliver your goods!

To Strongbaby, if you are indeed a man of honour and want to back up your claim as being a 'responsible and good' seller then you should do the ethical thing and:

a) refund the money to the buyers who want a refund.

b) close the sales temporarily and make good on your promises of delivery to waiting buyers.

If you don't, I really wonder how your moral compass swings.

Oh and have a merry Christmas since you can very well afford it now.

This the Notice List so to speak so he can see who is asking for refund without having to go through his own threads as well as for other to see who is asking for refunds. Whether he wants to refund you is up to him. Of course, should he decide not to do it... well that will prove to be very bad for him.

Post few cheap bulk sales and people will start bank in money

Then to build up confidence he buy from retail shop and do delivery

Then more people start to bank in money , he then use this funds for maybe gambling , investment or whatever

So probably he lost heavily in gambling but no problem a lot people still funding his habits

When the mod step in to stop this new orders , he is stuck with no funds ...and he went to buy maybe few units from the retail shops to settle some AD HOC delivery and hope that people will start funding him again

and now ...the bomb as explode ..look at the huge amount of cash ...and sadly I believe he has lost most of them...

I believe a police report should be made if strongbaby do not issue any statement here ...don't wait too long

cash all bank into your account ...and you have to deliver ...who cares where you got your stock from ....if you cannot deliver then just refund ....don't blame here and there ...you can tell your long story , blah . blah ..but at the end just do one thing deliver or refund

and nice excuse there , " giving the main guy grace period " ....so another few months for you I guess , you should refund NOW with whatever money you have and not just keep on dragging

the longer you sell local distributed product at YOUR price, then
the higher chance to get lawyer letter from distributors (i think)

Before making anymore accusations based on hear-say and (sometimes crazy) theories, could someone please come up with more evidence? For instance, check out that police report he posted up. If you're losing thousands in the deal, I'm sure RM10 is not too much to help clarify matters right?

I also have 2 pending orders that I'm waiting for but I'm not jumping to conclusions. I've dealt with him several times before over the past year or so and he has delivered every time. He was even on time for a few of them. That is why I decided to deal with him again since I'm sure most people would agree that he offers the lowest prices albeit being rather slow. Maybe this time he has bitten off more than he can chew.

So whatever it is, I do hope it gets sorted out fast as the last 2 orders I made was on behalf of my sister and my friend.

nice one, but i do think that local distributor could not sue him for selling anything at his own price as there is no black and white for them
and indeed he can claim that those items were sold to cover his lost [means lets say he bought 100 units at rm550 den out od sudden he needs money and sold all at rm 500 so using thisreason aso can declare i guess]

Hi, i suggest when mail the refund info we also state our order/payment date so strongbaby will know who to settle first.

IMHO, for now rather than guessing & flaming here why not we co-operate and get things going.
The truth is important but the solution is more so!

he has been keeping quite , though so many has complain of stocks not deliver

he don't even bother to say anything....is that a right attitude ?

haha your statement reminds me few years ago when I was noob and kena con by suppliers (Well the tactic same like what was described by heroes99 in previous post), buyers brought parang to warn me immediately once they heard I paid the $$ to supplier already and he went missing. BUT MY HONESTY AND SINCERITY did help me to recover back from the disaster and I DID USE MY OWN $$$ + BORROWED $$$ to pay back buyers immediately, that's the BEST SOLUTION TO CLEAR THE DOUBT + PROTECT YOUR REPUTATION.

Let's wait and see how strongbaby will settle the problem.

My reason for refund is strictly personal, I still trust strbaby despite numerous accusations.

I just emailed Strongbaby asking him to give me a status report on who he has refunded (if any) and dates for those that he going to refund in order of the refund list. Of course, apologies to THT should he skip you for the time being since your amount is huge but I told him to make sure you have high priority not just forget about you.

To be fair for all shouldn't Strongbaby refund in order of the payment date instead of the order on this list?
Also i see ppl who have not yet waited for MORE THAN 28 WORKING DAYS is in the list as well?
