Before making anymore accusations based on hear-say and (sometimes crazy) theories, could someone please come up with more evidence? For instance, check out that police report he posted up. If you're losing thousands in the deal, I'm sure RM10 is not too much to help clarify matters right?

I also have 2 pending orders that I'm waiting for but I'm not jumping to conclusions. I've dealt with him several times before over the past year or so and he has delivered every time. He was even on time for a few of them. That is why I decided to deal with him again since I'm sure most people would agree that he offers the lowest prices albeit being rather slow. Maybe this time he has bitten off more than he can chew.

So whatever it is, I do hope it gets sorted out fast as the last 2 orders I made was on behalf of my sister and my friend.

So did you check out that police report? Do you have proof that he's lying other than your *excellent* theories? Do you know EXACTLY how his business works that you can say for certain that he gets all his stuff from different suppliers?

Or maybe you just want the fire to get bigger? Keep on provoking him until he decides to run? Then that would be great for all of us wouldn't it? Then you can boast that your theories were right all along.

Yeah, I'm waiting for him to update us too, but I just received an email acknowledging my refund request. Thats an update to me and the fact the other forumers have received an email from sales@abizon.net tells me that he is actually trying to collect the money.

He's offline after online a while.

I just hope that he didn't online to see whether some drastic measure
is taken on Strongbaby.

I believer some of our forumers is right. If we follow heroes99 way and
report police (which is drastic), strongbaby will be able to read it here.
And he might do something drastic like what other forumer suggest.

But what is a better way:
a)      Do something drastic
b)      Wait until the matter die down
c)      Wait until SB refund which might take a very very long time

i wish i could do the same...but my money reserved for a new processor,gc and mobo were all sent to strongbaby..so i can't get anything now..saved up the cash for about 2 years..2 years!!!strongbaby if you're reading this...i hope u realise what you've put me through..and all the other buyers for that matter..some buyers may be financially 'blessed' so it isn't such a big deal to them as they can get more money easily whether its from their parents or from a stable job..but for others..its absolute agony to see their hard earned cash disappear into thin air,and they're powerless to do anything about it..the least u could do is update us on this thread,or tell us what measures you're taking to deliver the goods or look for resources to refund the other buyers...everyone has problems..even bigger problems than yours..but the effort they put in to rectify the situation is what makes the difference..your constant ignoring of customers only makes the situation worse and its not something i have to tell u..u already know this.so do something...for God's sake...DO SOMETHING

it is absolutely amazing how (Strongbaby|Female) able to annexed such a huge sum of money.. this case also proved that a female screen name + a female gender registration will lower the guard of the potential depositors..

as for the name Strongbaby, psychologycally, when a person is is struggling and fighting, he or she will subconciously chose a (screen) name that he or she needs to live up to.. like.. i need to be strong.. i need to overcome .. .. ..

Strongbaby collected hundred of thousand and redeposited it into a freelancer account with no business registration and sales office and meeting up on random location to receive the goods? it is either he is completely insane or he telling a stupids lies, i choose the later..

so is this a well thought out plan to lure depositers? a well thought out plan will have phantom name, IC, bank account, address and most important no personal touch, i.e. no meeting up..

i recon Strongbaby is in business and his business is in financial trouble so he would like to borrow some from LYNers.. how you may ask.. easy.. bulks varies goods and collect deposit and 'take them' in a manner say.. RM10k as a block, when third/fourth block is collected then go buy goods at a slight losses to 'supply' the first block depositors.. a good plan, better than paying loan shark interest and probably better than personal loan interest..

then business must be getting from bad to worse.. (it explained how and why sometimes his PM|SMS|Call can be so rude and arrogant).. he could no longer supply the earlier block and the whole things burst.. his life is now in deep shit.. financial trouble + having a whole bunch of LYNers very angry with him..

bad news: most of the depositors money are probably vanished by now

bad news: there is nothing much that a depositor can do.. the law is on your side only to persue legal action to demand refund from Strongbaby, he is breaking a civil sales contract, don't expect the police, the army, the marine and the bank officer | manager to help you..

imagine this.. you go to the neighbourhood computer shop to buy a HDD and the staff tell you no stock and the staff require you to make full upfront payment for them to order for you and you foolishly paid them.. and.. after repeated visit to the said computer shop and they fail to supply you with the HDD.. what do you do? you ask for a refund, and if after repeated request and demand you still fail to get your refund what do you do? lodge a police report? no no no.. this has nothing to do with the police.. you go to the bank in an attemps to freeze their account? no no no.. the bank manager will not entertain you.. in such a case you go to the consumer tribunal court to demand a refund..

DO NOT use your Hand and your Leg to convince Strongbaby for a immediate refund, you can be arrested immediately by the police and put into a jail for taking such action..

bad news: the individual amount is small, so no  pleasure of putting him into bankruptcy to vent your anger, there is really nothing much that you can do..

bad news: your only chance is to prove to the police|court that Strongbaby is a con artist and that he should be put in jail, you can forget about going after his bank account because if he still has any money left it would have been transfered out already..

anyway congrat Strongbaby, you are absolutely brilliant..

heroes99, since you are so concerned... why not you spend RM10 to get a copy of the police report ? from that report, I am sure you can come out with juicier story.

@heroes99... What makes u think reporting to Commercial Crime and anti Cyber Crime in Bukit Aman will help us..? They directly so investgate and gve us answer within a week or 2..? How efficient ar these parties..? Do they seriously look into this matter or just accept your report and leave there till it rots?

U wan to know how the setup of the business is running same as the other bulks, Supplier receive money from SB, Item sent to SB, SB send item to us.. But now turns out to be wrong. and i see SB has no fault in this for his business, he did sent my GC and he is responsible, but when your supplier runs, what can u do.. U tell me.. the only way is to find the supplier right..

Why not u go follow SB go catch the supplier rather then wasting ur typing in here.. U catch oredy can get the refunds la..

I hope this refund is an ongoing thing and not something just to shut up the people thats most vocal about getting their money back eg;rangerred.
Refunds should go according to the list here rather than willy nilly as and when SB likes... and to who and whom he chooses...
