thats the deal between me and him.

For Buyers (What options do you have to proceed from here if things really gone awful).
- You may file a police report against me.
- You may file a legal action against me.
- You may co-operate or join whatever solutions available at bottom here.

For Seller (Me myself have to take action and prepare for worst scenario in case).
- If any police report against me, then the police here will do the part as well to investigate my report i made ago against main.
- If any legal action against me, then i have to get my lawyer to reply in legal manner as well.

Overall Conclusion to buyers & seller.
A) If i have the intention to cheat or con you, i wont be sitting here replying (even though slow) to you
or answering sms or phone calls. I will just off my phone and completely ignore all and be like the infamous guy once here.

B) Preparing for worst case scenario like during court hearing or no show up from Main agent, i will still be held responsible
to do refund at my own expenses. (kindly check out the options avail below later).

C) By digging or fork out own expenses, by all means i still have to find income and project offline or online or
borrow loan shark, loan from relatives (already tried), loan from friends, sell whatever items on hand avail and ETC.
Also i have a family to feed and child to take care of and it will gonna be burdening.

D) Lastly, those buyers personally meet up with me before will judge itself whether i am con man or not.
and why on earth i wanna put up myself in this kind of jeopardize tight situation. If people have the intention
to hurt me by all means, then i am speechless and nothing to say but i will stand and remain responsible for all outcome
and find solutions that is fair enough to both.

6.0) Refunding Solutions

6.1) At this sucky an ugly tight situation, as said earlier i have to dig out my own money & expenses
to do refund at own cost.

6.2) It will be a hell long process, from months to years with that amount for sure.
Refund will be done in either weekly, 2 weeks once, monthly and subject to change.

6.3) Refunding will be done like one by one each based on funds i borrowed, for example the first round of refund done days ago.
(take note: even borrowing money from people got a limit and dunno how much can get from approved funds)

6.4) At same time i have to dig out those old on-hand goods to clear off and compile it in one whole list and try sell it
off at cheap price and refund whichever way it can help.

6.5) I cannot allow my left hand to continue to pour out refunds if my right hand there is no sales income flowing in,
its not balance at all and will end up bottleneck and halted sooner or later.

6.6) Part Refunds will come from collecting debts from my customer in other business sector and project bidding (in progress).

7.0) As for myself

7.1) I wont be easily give up or defeated with amount of refunding here as i have own responsibility towards my buyers
to fix up shits already happen, and will continue to seek solutions for new revive startup in same and other business
to generate massive income.

7.2) Future bleak but vow and strive to worked things out and have to reconnect new biz channels or sources.

7.3) Working with police (IO) with lead information nabbing the culprit and in 3rd stage will possibility submitting entire buyers particulars to IO for thorough checking or linkage.

7.4) Miracle happens or lady luck with you or hit lottery?!

7.5) Continue to workout additional solutions round the clock offline.



8.0) As for buyers

8.1) Sorry to say that, waiting for refund its hell long process this time, dependent on my sales income that
have to rebuild (restart/reset) again very soon.

8.2) You have the rights to lodge police report against me or sue me (as mentioned earlier), if you not satisfied
or not happy for waiting, i don't mind seriously, it's your rights, even the ASP told me.
Proceed to clause 9.0a for guide.

8.3) You may come and pay me a visit with address provided there for H20 drinking session.

8.4) You may continue to scream in forum with sadistic/sarcasm/criticism/flaming/stabbing or satanic remarks.

8.5) Don't worry too much, the one who suppose to worries or concern its me, always need to crack up my head and brainstorming.

8.6) I am always here, and will always remain here, don't speculate too much when i don't go online in forum for days while
i can be reach via sms, email, msn and phone calls.

8.7) To SMS me, make sure provide your initial nick at the end of msg, otherwise wont get any reply from me.

8.8) Those sent sms to me and dont get reply at all, probably overlook as sms flow in like stack of cards.

8.9) Don't ring me with restricted or unknown privacy numbers, chances are you wont get an answering.
Mostly your direct contat numbers are stored in my phonebook, so i know who i am talking to unless otherwise stated.

8.9a) Please dont message me with special remark requesting refund immediately/urgently with all sorts
of reasons esp with 'Hope you understand' (but who understand me?) as i am not ATM machine
and i am doing at my best effort to solve things around here.

8.9b) Lastly, co-operation from both side is required, and i have to think out of the box and hope you can as well.



9.0a) Step by step guide if you want to lodge report.

- Have your I.C ready

- Answer the basic Q&A from police at desk counter before they pen down the report.

- After officer typed out your report in computer, verify the spelling properly and statement,
make sure got my name and IC and whatever detailed info you will put its correct.

- They will verify with their superior your case report no. and submit to relevant IO in charge.

- Done.

- The IO will contact me for questionings and commercial crime unit will look into it.

- And i can rest in peace.



9.0b) Step by step guide if you want to engage a lawyer and dispute in court.

- Find a proper lawyer praticising in appropriate field.

- Submit any relevant supporting documents or proof.

- And the rest will be see in court hearing and start defending.

Im huan, brother of strongbaby, ng sze keat.
My brother now in melaka police jail.

My sis in law pass his user to me, and ask me to write in here as they dont have laptop at the moment.
I would like to apologize for what my brother have done and also if he rude to you all im here to say sorry again.

We all been trying to solve this problem, as he say the supplier run away with the money.
and we trying to search for money to compensate each of you all. Pls give us time for this......

we all trying to borrow money from all relatives, and trying to refund back.

we dont know what we can do now, as the DSP also advise us to call all the buyers if they can witdrawn the report.
and solve it at soonest.

We all really dont know he can make such big mistake, my brother do not mean to make such a mess, sorry again.
