To be fair for all shouldn't Strongbaby refund in order of the payment date instead of the order on this list?
Also i see ppl who have not yet waited for MORE THAN 28 WORKING DAYS is in the list as well?

Can you work out some kind of refund plan like by which date you gonna refund who and how much you gonna refund. I think even if you do continues and planned partial refund most people here will be ok with it.

I pay you on 27/08/2007, it's approaching 4 months already and i am sure there is other who pay you even earlier. Seriously i don't mind waiting longer even up to 1 year but you have to show that you are actually working out to refund us. Right now, we do not have a clue on how & when you will refund us.

Instead of waiting for the miracle to happen can all of you guys/gals on the list join us in the private forum and join up for group action? Like 15 of us in KL already group up and reported 2 weeks ago.

Now we are ready for follow up action. We need more ppl so we can make larger impact and so the party we complain to will act faster and more serious.

This is my personal opinion not any decision made on behalf of the group.
First of all, i think those who have reported earlier be it in group or individual should be refunded first, at least partially, for the initiative & effort been put into it.
The other on the list who did not take any action and just waiting for durian jatuh despite numerous time i have been yelling here to ask them
group up for months plz blame yourself for your selfishness aka wait for other ppl to do your work.

Also the refund should have a deadline. Like u need to clear the list within for example 6 months.
The way you suggest to refund is not fair for most of us as even if i am on no.20 i will need to wait for 4-5 months more. What if the others lower?
You can and should refund quicker by selling the car, sell or refinance property, borrow from relative, personal loan from bank & etc.
All this can definately be done within 3 months of time if u really working on it.

Haven't we realize our refund consider burn long time ago when SB act like no fking care despite numerous time
we try to reach an agreement with him. How many times he has fooled us around giving empty promise? I lost count.

Why we need to be so dissapointed & so panic now?
We reported a crime. It is the most rightful thing to do.
Or u rather the one who took your money roams free enjoing your money?

Time to be more united, join up for MCA reporting and have the MCA guy work for us on how to get back our refund in this case. Especially for those who got big amount in there.
