ST, may be u can provide us your supplier details info, and some of us may help u find him. Its more good u just wait him to reply you Unless the supplier is not exist or whatever? WE CAN HELP, ANYONE RIGHT?

Besides, i from sarawak here. Is that any concern with me report to the police as mentioned above? I think i just wait your guy to solve the problem, see what can do.


Refer to the first page, i see a lot of ppl get confused with Date of refund demand. I also confuse with tat. Anyway it means the date you post to refund or the deadline you give ST to refund the amount he owe.


Moderator please update "DATE OF REFUND DEMAND" to be more clear to understand.

Do you think that "Print Screen" Fund transfer to SB can be a prove that we actually pay SB for that amoun and he can use it as a prove to the police that we did pay him. I still have a jpg file with me. And SB also can use relevant business document or "Print Screen" Fund transfer to prove that he paid to his supplier and the MAIN is disappear.

So when do you guy go to do these actions. RangerRoy u r asking ppl from Sarawak to PM u for ? I am hardly to help coz i stay at the place of like "jungle".. If u need on screen prove, i can find and send to you.


ANYWAY, did SB make a report to the police yet? wat the police did? say? mean take action yet? SB you should give us some infor on that. I hardly believe that police Malaysia will work hard.

According to the link, MAIN (Fxxxer RAN AWAY)--> Your supplier --> Stronbaby -- > sub agents.

SB should request some information about the MAIN from your supplier, if the supplier refused to provide you some info or blah ..blah..... , you should make the police report or get your lawyer post a proper sue letter to your supplier as he is the one who is taking your 100k and no planning to cooperate with you. He should provide you the MAIN name, ic, etc....document and all should be collected and submit to the police department as a proven.

THIS MUST BE DO VERY EARLY, BUT YOU DO YET? If you havent do so, you can do right now and prepared to submit to ... hihi.. poor life me... i miss my psp

I STILL THINKING THIS CASE SHOULD BE PUBLICED ON EVERY NEWSPAPER, SO IT WILL HELP US MORE AS THIS IS THE Second BIGGEST MONEY CRIME CASE that happened AFTER the telephone case that happened which was advertised on "SIN CHEW" NEWSPAPER --> 16 years old boy ran away with around 100k or more by selling hp blk order to many ppl.

We hope can solve this problem by soft way. We all hope to get our money back here. So if Strongbaby, wife, bro are really refunding the money to all of us, time is not a problem for me. If you are willing, i could suggest any of here to suspend the police report at the Police Crime Department for a moment under the condition of refunding progress will be go on. As we are a human, we have a kind heart, we dnt want family of other broken as this will be a bad memory to a child.

I suggest we give him some times to do so. According to his wife, money will be refund every month. We also want a win win situation. So let see what he and she can do for that. I will recommend all of you to do this.

For sarawak group here, as we are too far from KL. Hope there is some news of refunding from you before we withdrawn our case here.

What we can do here is temporary suspend the police report for him.

what do you guy say? If you agree, let do it......

Well, i agree that it will take several years, but it seems the only way both win. If we force them, they cant pay their debts even he is going to the jail. And the situation will be worst. I totally agree that we can get own money is better than nth can get back. I dnt care take several years. As this money is already count as non refund money for me. At finally i will satisfy can get partial of money.

By selling his properties, car , motorbike, i dnt think these things will worth 100k, and without this, how they are going to survive and earn money to pay us? For a long term consideration, we should think about other ppl and our situation. We want our money and we do not want other ppl suffer from that as you do not know he is or not a victim too.

Giving ppl a way to walk is already what God teach us no matter you r christian or buddhist or non religion. We are human should find the best way to solve this problem so i suggest we give them time, dnt force them.

Be careful next time before you buy thing as this is a good experience for us to learn.

Do a good thing, God will see, God will pay back you.

We will not to do a bad thing as God will punish someone who deserve it.

You wait you can get. About guarantee problem, we can suggest to Police officer to suspend our case for a moment under the condition of paying our every month. Wat else we can do? If he cant pay, our case is still working..

Well, this is our bad lucky on this case. I spend too much time on this. I hope it can be solve fast.

Finally, i strongly suggest we solve this problem by soft way by accepting his wife suggestion because nth more we can do to solve this without spending any expenses (lawyer fees, car oil, watever etc....)

WHY my refunnd still hang & not in process?? I only can tolerante until next year JAN, at that time i will not stay at my own place and the report will not be withdrawn. Dnt blame me if this happen, as it already one year pass..
