emailed strongbaby and also notified him thru sms.

He should at least start refunding...we are not asking him to refund the whole lot of us.
maybe he's buying time..

I paid strongbaby for my monitor on 11th september...
that's 3 bloody months ago.

Has anyone visited him at home?

I want to see where he lives and his family.

called that a**wipe on monday...
he rejected my call the first time, then i had to call him again.

he sounded irritated and rude on the phone.
seeing that he gave us the police report number, i wanted to confirm.

he gave me 3 different police report numbers to check.

i will go tomorrow to police station to get the reports.

as i am in penang..it's hard for me to visit his house. but i will make a trip soon to see him at home.
i will also contact my uncle in bukit aman to see what kind of charges i can charge him with.

i am fully well aware that mr. ng sze keat maintains the fact that his supplier ran away and henceforth he is unable to give us what we paid him for. and that refund will take a long time.

i don't know about you guys, but i have a strong feeling he is just buying time.

if you look at the whole chronology of things, it just doesn't make sense.
He was having problems supplying us our stuff and yet he is still able to keep adding new products to be sold (before this whole refund process started).
Then when the whole refund process started, his first reaction was, "keep it coming", "this is 3rd anniversary this thing happened"
that was his response. Then when people did not accept that kind of response, he changed his stance to be obliging and say that he is in trouble as well.

Then as i remembered correctly, he promised one of the buyers in the LCD thread that his LCD was ready and even arranged a COD place which did not happen after weeks (and even now). What gives? And now, another buyer gets his PSP after months of waiting for it to be posted. IF you look at his business trends, during early of 2007, people were getting what they wanted then as his business grew, he too grew more blatant.

I guess the more you think about it, whatever it is, this thing is fishy. Now we just want our refunds, and even with that he is playing games with us. It has never been straightforward.

The only reason why he has not switched off his phone or still answering our calls and sms is because the minute he breaks total contact with us, we will be going after him with pitchforks. By keeping his contacts open, he has managed to stave us off.

but that's just my point, that even now, we are at his mercy and he is still calling the shots for what is rightfully ours to begin with.
I am aware it would be difficult for me to take any action without solid evidence, but i will try anyway...cause that is my right.
