QUOTE(steventan85 @ Jun 11 2025, 04:09 PM) Mine was RM136.75 monthly. 6 months waiver =18 * RM136.75 = RM2461.50 Now RM95.40 monthly. No waiver = 24 * RM95.40 = RM2289.60 Save RM171.90 that's for sure. Unless, switching to Maxis maybe can get 8 months free plus some freebies. |

QUOTE(Anime4000 @ Jun 12 2025, 08:36 PM) kwss tng55 Actually you want to go all in PPTP? Or how? When you say treat it like normal Ethernet, you mean you let the SoC switch chip functionality do it? Or you bridge it in Linux kernel? My VLAN 400 was removed from LAN1 too. I didn't bother with it since I use VRF route leak as workaround. Now I can make calls as long as Im on Wireguard. |

Telco is supposed to do either PPTP or VEIP. Not mix and match. also FwdOp 0x10 contain custom forwarding, if didn't work, always can force to 0x02 when force 0x02 on PPTP and VEIP, it will clash also it reside on ASIC portion for PON to LAN inter-networking, the stick just has 400MHz MIPS and br0 on this SoC just software as long I proper VLAN, I can ease my mind I don't foresee this changing in GPON since it's "working". Hopefully by the next last mile upgrade they are wiser. Letting the switch chip do it then okay. ASIC FTW. |

QUOTE(HappyHome217 @ Jun 11 2025, 03:33 PM) Hi guys.. Just would like to update on the SWU 5.0. Does SWU 5.0 still include the free voice call and phone line?I went to TM Point again last week. Unfortunately I was called to the counter this time instead of the "nego room". A young lady handles my request. My contract is over. I mentioned to her directly that I would like the SWU 5.0 that is 500mbps at RM90 a month. I told her I already asked about the rest of the SWU5.0, also those package with TV or Ipad. But I only wanted this 500mbps @ RM90. She then said I would need to take the UNIFI SIM for 3 months. I told her I already asked here, twice, both time also I wasnt told I will need to take this SIM card. I insisted. Then she said she will have to write request for approval. Long story short, after 10 mins of waiting, she called me to the counter again and she said she will submit my request and she will call me again in a few days if it is approved. I ask her if not approved? Is it I continue current package? She said likely will approve. (I think at that point she already knew would be approved) Few days later she called, and the request was approved. Free Disney thingy for 12 months, no waiver. NO transfer ID. NO mentioned Astro/Maxis. NO UNIFI SIM card. It is doable. ![]() |
