My Unifi account left 3 month to finish the 2 years contract. What is the new SWU? Anyone got it?

I'm on 300Mbps. You can call them to change to public IP.

my parent's house unifi is under 100Mbps plan (after free upgrade last time) now (paying rm94.53 including SST) per month.

no contract for very long time liao...

how to get the rm90 500Mbps plan?

can just go to tm point to request that?

it will have a fresh new 2 years contract rite? will they give new device? the current one at home is old and very basic (i think wifi 5 only and not even wifi 6).

Anyone here had experience getting SWU 5.0 at the Unifi Store Shah Alam?

Just went to TM Point Kepong to enquire about SWU5.0, managed to upgrade 2 accounts from SWU3.0 in contract period (2 months left).
However they asked me to take 2 simcards due to upgrading 2 accounts
Planned to terminate one of the UNI5G simcards, the other one maybe will continue to use as they gave me a pretty phone number.

What they offered:

500Mbps
RM90 for life
Disney+ Hotstar for a year (this one cannot stack, else get 2 years free D+H hehehehe)

No new router
No free STD20
No free 6 months

we need proof CCTV then approval public ip sometime will reject stay private ip

mine 500Mbps i still Public IP
i wont downgrade

go tm point tell ASTRO called me offer 500Mbps RM90
tm will give offer Unifi 500Mbps RM90 confimed
no 6 month and no free router
if tm team visit you house they will verify if tooo old maybe they will change for you

You can use for ipv6, if noip supports it.

Yes, try your luck. Some OK, some are not with contract left.

Looks like you don't have choice... As long as you need the Unifi TV then have to follow standard plan. SWU plan do not include Unifi TV.

Usually cannot remove, if remove also no price discount.

With increasing numbers of subscribers taking the 500Mbps plan how long before 500 also get private IP only?

I was served by a Malay lady called - Nur Fatihah Binti Zulkifli. There are two Malay ladies there sitting in front of counter at the back. Customer next to me also changing Unifi package and I overheard he was asked to signed up for Unifi Mobile RM 39 plan too. His plan got free router and asked for appointment slot by staff.

RM139* (24-6months waiver- 3months early termination ) = RM2,085 , monthly RM86


2. SWU 3.0 Sept 2023 - 300> 500Mbps - RM119
(Early Termination 4 months)
RM119* (24-6months waiver- 4months early termination ) = RM1,666 , monthly RM69


3. Now > SWU 5.0 May 2025 - 100>300 Mbps RM99
RM99* (24-6months waiver- 4months early termination ) = RM1,386 , monthly RM57

the average monthly bill getting lower ...RM 86 to RM57
