Seems like different TMPoints has different offer. I was told by TMPoint this sim card is no charge and can be terminated in 1 month.

I asked about it in TMPoint without mentioning Astro. He said need to write email to apply for it. Once approved then TM will inform. He did not mention about the need to get simcard neither.

Bro, you press customer service when scan QR. Then you will be called to a "Room 7" that doesnt has any number shown like the counter. It is a consultation room beside the counter. Inside there is a gentlemen, ask him.

Hi guys.. Just would like to update on the SWU 5.0.
I went to TM Point again last week. Unfortunately I was called to the counter this time instead of the "nego room". A young lady handles my request.
My contract is over. I mentioned to her directly that I would like the SWU 5.0 that is 500mbps at RM90 a month. I told her I already asked about the rest of the SWU5.0, also those package with TV or Ipad. But I only wanted this 500mbps @ RM90. She then said I would need to take the UNIFI SIM for 3 months. I told her I already asked here, twice, both time also I wasnt told I will need to take this SIM card. I insisted.

Then she said she will have to write request for approval. Long story short, after 10 mins of waiting, she called me to the counter again and she said she will submit my request and she will call me again in a few days if it is approved. I ask her if not approved? Is it I continue current package? She said likely will approve. (I think at that point she already knew would be approved)

Few days later she called, and the request was approved. Free Disney thingy for 12 months, no waiver.

NO transfer ID.
NO mentioned Astro/Maxis.
NO UNIFI SIM card.

Now RM95.40 monthly. No waiver =

Save RM171.90 that's for sure. Unless, switching to Maxis maybe can get 8 months free plus some freebies.

What is Private IP, why is that important?
And why when more people get the 500mbps RM90, TM will change to set Private IP? To who? And whats with 100mbps and 300mbps?
