My current package: SWU3.0 RM119/m with free STD.

Digging thru this threads.
What is the best play here to get smoothest upgraded from SWU 3.0> SWU 5.0?
1. Apply online account termination and wait TM sales to call for offer?
2. Apply port out from TM to Allo fiber, Digi fiber, Astro fiber RM90/m and wait TM counter offer?
3. Visit TM point and request for SWU 5.0 but might force to bundle with Unifi mobile?

I don't care about Disney+, Netflix or any entertainment packages.
My ideal package is to get cheapest package RM90/m with free STD, because I think getting a fixed fee is better than temporary free 6 months deal in a long run.
If we ever get boosted again, from 500mpbs > 800Mbps+STD with RM90/m. I think is a crazy deal.

Went to KLCC Unifi store just now,

Current package  : Unifi home 500Mbps Pro upgrade (lastime swu sumthing) - Rm119

Deal with 1 lady staff, using the previous script given related to check contract and been contacted by astro for package 500mbps with rm90,

Upon checking contract, mine still active until Sept 2025, she firmly said that cannot give other offer sir, since still in contract but kindly reaffirm that once contracts end there still be other offering they will offer.

Seems they oso know edy to counter our script, i tried oso mention, bout the transfer id, and possibility of astro absorbed my remaining month contract (making story only), but she not even flinch to offer me the current SWU offer. So now at klcc, not like before can just get that offer while still in contract.. Iskk..iskk..

She just said, kindly check properly sir, worried that u pay 2 bills at one time if not done right. Pftt..

Hi All, which unifi store operate on Saturday? gonna try my luck switching to rm90/500mbps, currently on 500mbps rm119 , still got 5month contract remaining, no astro.
saw there is a successful case here.

haiz, I'm too late, went to same branch told me my existing package 300Mbps @RM99 is already very cheap and unable to gv 500Mbps @RM90

Contract finish already. Previous package unifi 300mb, free pro upgrade to 500mb. Was paying rm129 monthly.

I just walked in, said my contract finish ed. Straight to the point said wanna switch plan to swu 5.0, 500mb @ rm90. Initially, the staff said price is rm139, free 6months.

Then i said, haritu kwn sy baru tukar plan 500mbs @ rm90. She check system, straight away said ok cannn. LoL

No STD for this plan.

SWU plan only for existing customer whose contract already expired. No other t&c as im aware off.
Renew contract 2 years + must take unifi mobile postpaid for 3 months @ rm39.

But i read some forumer said no need to wait 3 months, can cancel already. Since, i already paid for the 1st month, gonna wait until next month before cancelling the postpaid.

gonna apply some leave to visit TM point, but no damansara outlet, not sure on PJ where can try

The tmpoint nearest PJ is tmpoint menara tm or can go to seksyen 11 shah alam.

Yes, but some people got them a few months before their contract ended, you can try your luck. However, mine was after the contract ended. I just wanted to switch to Astro Fiber, and that's how I got counter-offered. I was the first one to get it here in April, and with an additional free STD20 still being retained.

I think you should wait till your SWU 5.0 is activated already only cancel the UniFi Mobile.

3 store you go? I already not in contract 1 year ago, unifi mobile can be e sim? I already got digi umbile, no slot for sim card. If force me unifi mobile maybe i try 1 month then cancel it

Don't bother with Damansara & Menara TM outlets. I went Damansara 2x, Menara TM 1x - both also said lowest for 500Mbps is RM139 free 6mths.
Told them others getting 500Mbps RM90, they said show proof, show account no. Told them Astro RM90, they said "Yela itu Astro kita tak tahu, kita TM".
Damansara I was also served by the same unpleasant lady. And I'm OKU.

I had ~5 months contract left, just walked into Unifi Store. Asked got any promo and was just offered that plan.
Had to take Unifi mobile sim card for 1 month but cancelled that sim card right after my unifi fibre plan was updated. Got my prorated refund for unifi sim card too (lost RM10 je for that, so no biggie).

How you 'moved' ya bro? You requested for termination? Or straight ask for SWU 5.0?

bro the upfront i think will reflect in your next bill, when I sign up for swu 3.0 got forced to take the postpaid package too, when swu3.0 activated i straight away terminate the line at unifi app and they will auto prorate the fee, for eg u used the line for 9days then they will refund 21days fee in your next bill.

I go there around 2.30pm and one of the cs team (this one boy looks like in his mid 20's). He asked for my IC and then tell me my contract is still active until 29 August 2025 (ofc ik, but just want to try my luck since you said you got the swu 5.0 with 4 month contract left). Damn man I drove all the way from damansara but got turned down instead haha.

I applied for termination yesterday in website and they call me today and give me the offer rm90 500mbp + 12 month Disney+ (currently rm119 500mbps+6 months waived from swu 3.0 with 2 month contract left). Oh my I'm so glad they did call me to counter offer or else I will cancel the termination instead haha. Save my time and headache

So mean unifi mobile can terminate online? This week or next week i gonna try 500mbps RM90, if force unifi mobile, will terminate next day or 2

I went to unifi kepong outlet today to ask for SWU 5.0 rm90 @500Mbps and was told they do not offer it anymore. So I ask them to terminate my account. Let them call me to counter to retain me.

Request terminate unifi on 6/6, until today 17/6 nobody call me.......terus pergi TM point lebih cepat dapat SWU?

Nice. Yes, mine is also "UniFi Home 500Mbps (ST)", so I assume what the CS said was correct, I am still entitled to the free 600 minutes.

First speed upgrade 2018, then 2023, so next maybe 2028?
