haha...
You are asking good question. Easy. You can refer your IP at this site, then compare the IP shown in your router. Not the 192.168.x.x. If you are on 500Mbps package, then most likely you are assigned with Public IP, well atleast for now.

Thanks checked, its the same.
btw I just realized that when i connected to 5ghz, i see a repetitive that it keep on disconnect, and connect to 2.4ghz,
Its been ongoing for quite often and dayys, any config that i need to set ? (If i forget 2.4, once 5ghz disconnect, I straight no wifi connections)

Try use separate ssid for 2.4 and 5.

Like wifi_2 for 2.4g, wifi_5 for 5g. Connect wifi_5 will do.

If still happening, try set wifi_5 channel to 36,40,44,48,149,153,157,161 instead using auto channel.

Also try toggle channel width if available, instead using auto, set 40mhz for balanced speed VS congestion, 20mhz if you see a lot overlap, 80mhz if you sure the channel stay clean.

skyworth combo no good its crap due low spec can't handle
if fiber home combo also crap due low spec can't handle
if fiber home btu not combo mean good enough because we can use own router

you old BTU ZTE is good prefect more stable but dlink wifi 5 router is crap due low spec
if you buy own router explain ZTE + ASUS Router high spec can handle stable or ZTE + TP LINK AX73 Latest  enough Handle stable

I actually have wifi 5 as 112 dfs, but still slow tho.

I tried 80mhz, but feel the same will disconnect ( same as auto also disconnect)
maybe will try 40mhz for 5ghz ?
as 2.4 i set for 40mhz already

btw i also using quads

This will be bit technical for you. But what you can do, you can provide the following question for me or any of the forumers to address your issue.

1. Your house type? (landed / highrise)
2. If your house is landed, is it single or double-storey? (if your house is highrise, ignore Question 2)
3. Optical Network Router (ONR) location?
4. What devices do you have problem with in accordance to your write up?
5. Did you tried to replicate the issue with other devices?
6. How good are you to carry out basic troubleshooting if guided correctly by fellow forumers?

Ya I know it’s not combo. I had it with Dir-845 for ages, now I change it into skyworth ax3000 router, or I shouldn’t have changed?

TM changed my office’s with combo so I got the old extra fibre home modem and two skyworth ax3000, thinking if I could use all for home.

I mean now my home is old huawei+ skyworth router, feel no different with dir842 or because I don’t really use much.

My office doesn’t matter, just a puny area.🤣 but no idea how to change btu tho. Is the old huawei better than old fiberhome?

Hi All, Good day.

Is Unifi contract 2 years? Can't find any date on the app. tongue.gif

I am having 300Mbps with Netflix which I am paying $139 exclude tax.

Wondering what kind of SWU offering now?

Usually it is two years only unless you take free TV, iPad may go up to three years.
