i went to unifi store pandan indah (menara maxisegar) yesterday asking for SWU 5.0.
at first the lady only showed me the option of 500Mbps RM139 free 6 month until I told her i wanted the 500Mbps for RM90.
Then only she acknowledged that and gave me that offer.
Further enquiry, the package include 60minutes call.

No Unifi mobile postpaid required.

still waiting the update to be shown in my account. FYI, my contract already expired.

Just checked, my account now has been revised to "Unifi Home 500Mbps staywityUnifi 5.0 (Disney) (90)".
Can anyone enlighten me how to get the disney log in details?

my sis went to TM pandan indah asking for 500Mbps RM90 last saturday but being turned down without transfer request to other telco.
i had mine done successfully at same location 1 week ago without question asked.

May you help enlighten me which Portal you use for the termination request?
