I just switched to Unifi from maxis, tomorrow they will come for installation. But I only get the package that show on official website which is rm149 500mbps free three months

how long before TM calls you after the online submission?
I submitted on 6/6 and no call yet even though received a SMS on 12/6 saying they will call

Currently paying RM119 for 500Mbps.
Waiting for contract ending by August to try luck for RM90.
But then.. why does my 'Service Start Date' showing May 2018 in the Unifi dashboard?
I am confident that I re-contracted myself for 500Mbps back in August 2023.

So the SWU 5.0 RM90 package still exist. Good to know. Hopefully this package still available until september when my contract ends.

Regarding the unifi mobile, do you need to signup on the spot and they will activate the sim card on the spot too?
Or the unifi mobile "arrive" with the package upgrade?
I'm thinking if I can challenge this enforcement by reporting to mcmc.

The Unifi Store aka TM point denied my request, saying that this package only available for those without contract.
Some branch are strict.

What option did you choose? Got better offer from another service provider?

Tried termination trick online and it doesn't work for me because they knew that I still have 4 months+ contract. Penalty is > RM 479. Actual value to be confirm with their billing department.

Walked in to TM Point Kepong and it works but was forced to applied Unifi Mobile. Requested for cancellation on same day at different branch.

Will get it if hunting around. Just how desperate to get it only.

Nope, just got a call and was given that package. He told me that offer is specially for those who wants to terminate with TM and they will counter with that offer (500Mbps RM90).
