Unifi Store Kepong, no question asked. Just enquire about RM 90 for 500mbps package. Forced to sign up Unifi Mobile RM39 package for 3 months. Eventually cancelled at Unifi Store Museum. Now looking at how to get refund for advanced payment paid. Don’t go to Unifi Store Setapak, not willing to help for cancellation!

Left 4 months plus contract for SWU 3.0.

bro the upfront i think will reflect in your next bill, when I sign up for swu 3.0 got forced to take the postpaid package too, when swu3.0 activated i straight away terminate the line at unifi app and they will auto prorate the fee, for eg u used the line for 9days then they will refund 21days fee in your next bill.

If you request teminate online and wait for the HQ customer retention dept to call, no need for postpaid. Straight to the point deal.

Prorated charges I understand. Mostly they will charge me for 4 days which is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today. How to get it refund to my credit card or bank account?

Went to Unfi Store, tell my story and request swu5.0. Told me that need HQ approval, check my account 3 months left. Told me can't proceed, that package only for those who contract ended.

No luck, gotta try again in September.

Why need bundle if already have unifitv box. Also no need unifi broadband. Anyone can register unifitv account using app & subscribe standalone ruby pack. Put new registered username/psswd in unifitv box replace the old one..u get free channel + ruby pack for RM30/mth.

Get SWU 5.0 done as priority..

The thing is, many have reported they were able to switch to new SWU plan despite few mths remaining in contract.
Many from this thread, many from fb groups.

normally it will reflect & deduct your next unifi bill , if you want to refund to credit card or bank account, try to contact support.
