Yep2, that's right. Super smooth to deal with the CS there. Gave IC, gave me a few SWU options.
Been here multiple times in these past few years, especially for SWU and all went well, no asking HQ, explained the available plans, hardware changes (if applicable) etc rclxms.gif
They're also the only Unifi Store in Negeri Sembilan, making it the only TMPoint that's open on Sat here. Makes visiting them a lot easier than before tongue.gif

I cancelled in ~1 week iirc. Waited for my SWU to update first, then just test2 and requested to cancel the SIM on the next working day.
When cancelling, they told they'd give me a call, to see if I'd be interested with their promos for Unifi mobile. I said sure.
I accidentally missed their call xD. After a few mins got an email stating, my line was cancelled. sweat.gif

After you cancel, you must wait for your billing cycle or something for that month. A few days after I cancelled, I got the email on my bill and the negative balance left.
Contacted support via chat, they asked for bank acc details. The week after I got my refund deposited into my bank acc.

Nice. Yes, I had good experience with them as well, it’s always empty and basically no waiting. laugh.gif
I went there with my sister to transfer the UniFi account from my name to her name and it was done seamlessly. My older relatives also had good experience there to get free 6 months in the past. laugh.gif

Indeed, they sometimes don't even bother using the queue QR code as there's literally no one there.
I wonder if that's why they just give us what we want to just keep the store's KPI up brows.gif

I had a mate that moved to the new SWU 5.0 with also ~5 months contract. Also, no issues with getting it over here.

I did, though they asked me to subscribe to no-contract UNI5G Postpaid 39 + upfront payment

Soon after my account was upgraded, I contacted TM to terminate the number, they asked why, I simply explain that I was forced to signed up, and also I have to cut cost as I only use single number (they tried to persuade me to give my number to relatives or siblings but I insist I don't want to)

Today, the number has been terminated, and I am waiting for the prorate charges / refund bill since I paid RM39 upfront but never use it all

I go there around 2.30pm and one of the cs team (this one boy looks like in his mid 20's). He asked for my IC and then tell me my contract is still active until 29 August 2025 (ofc ik, but just want to try my luck since you said you got the swu 5.0 with 4 month contract left). Damn man I drove all the way from damansara but got turned down instead haha.
