Terminating your Unifi SWU will incur penalty, isn't it?
I suggest you wait till about August first (1 month before your Unifi contract expires) then only you try this.

Last week I went same outlet, at least the staff told me to subscribe postpaid

But today i didn't meet that staff, hence straight said received from Astro

received email said package change to swu 5.0

but login my account in unifi website, no plan appear (I choose both existing and new home broadband)
same goes to login to myunifi app, also nothing

any idea what wrong?
