Contract finish already. Previous package unifi 300mb, free pro upgrade to 500mb. Was paying rm129 monthly.

I just walked in, said my contract finish ed. Straight to the point said wanna switch plan to swu 5.0, 500mb @ rm90. Initially, the staff said price is rm139, free 6months.

Then i said, haritu kwn sy baru tukar plan 500mbs @ rm90. She check system, straight away said ok cannn. LoL

No STD for this plan.

SWU plan only for existing customer whose contract already expired. No other t&c as im aware off.
Renew contract 2 years + must take unifi mobile postpaid for 3 months @ rm39.

But i read some forumer said no need to wait 3 months, can cancel already. Since, i already paid for the 1st month, gonna wait until next month before cancelling the postpaid.

I think trick is try to find if any friends have that offer, ask them forward you on WhatsApp

You must definitely try termination method.
You are paying RM136.75 for 300Mbps.
If they terminate your account for real, you can get fiber from U mobile at cheaper price.
You can also call up your mobile telco and see if they have any bundle pricing for your current plan.

Can hardly count as the easiest as it may take a week or more to get counteroffer from them.
It's more like the laziest method

Don't need one. I've just gotten my SWU5.0.
- I submitted termination like everyone else did.
- Received no response from Unifi.
- Proceed with Live Chat. Asked them to get a telemarketer to call me. Told them that I wish to assess if I still want to attach to UNIFI as my contract has ended. I told them my package was too expensive RM380++ (2gpbs Pro Upgrade + Ultimate Max Pack). Others are offering far affordable packages. No proof was given to them. They never asked one too.
- In less than 15min, received a call from the telemarketer. Settled with RM159 (6mths waiver, 24mths free speed upgrade to 1gbps, 6mths Disney + STD20).
- Done. Good luck to you.

Just to update my swu 5 journey
Request to terminate on last friday. Received call yesterday.
officer is 500mbps rm 90 just like everyone get. But i request got 100mbps since only parent live. Got rm 79,free 6 month and hotstar 1 year

change this LAN cable only? the others no need?

been 3 working days after phone call ...no email /no change on unifi portal / no sms

That’s exactly what I’m wondering too. My new account number now starts with 7 after switching to the SWU 5.0 package. Why did they need to change the account number in the first place? And now my old account has disappeared from the MyUnifi app and need to access through their Unifi UniVerse app as per attached SS.
