Just went to TMPoint Cyberjaya this morning with 3.5 months contract left.

Told the lady I wanna upgrade package for SWU unifi 500Mbps RM90. No questions asked. The lady is so kind that she introduce available options and asked me which offer I want.

The only downside is I had to bundle unifi mobile SIM card RM39 for 2 months, no contract for the SIM card, can terminate after 2 months.

Overall it's still ok for me cause after all the maths, I still save around RM 20+ consider after my contract ends.

The end.

Wanna ask you guys who got the RM90 for 500mbps package .
How long did TM take to complete your order ? My request put in past 24 hours , still no progress like that. Last time I did for SWU 1.0, within a day already updated the service plan.
Dunno why TM so slow. doh.gif

Applied on Saturday, completed plan change on Monday 2PM ish.
Now pending for Unifi mobile cancellation. Was told retention team would call and provide offers first (I agreed to the call to hear what they got).
If disagree with offer only then proceed with cancellation.

Can direct cancel unifi mobile after updated? No need to wait XX months as mentioned by the staff?

You can try but no guarantee, if over contract probably easier to negotiate. However, one success case here, it is an upgrade though as mentioned here but not sure from which plan to which plan.
*
For my case is from SWU 3.0 500Mbps RM119 to 500Mbps RM90

So, it wasn't really an upgrade as it is the same 500Mbps, just change plan from SWU 3.0 to 5.0. tongue.gif
*
Yes, all I need is public IP, my general usage around 300Mbps is sufficient and the most important is cheap wink.gif

what else bundle with it??
*
RM90 500Mbps basic broadband + Free 1 year Disney Hotstar. That's it. No free call STD20.

Just got my unifi mobile sim cancelled. So far no effect on my fibre plan.
Now must just wait for my prorated refund for the sim card, and wait for my new bill for fibre to confirm that everything is okay happy.gif

I requested termination for unifi mobile yesterday. They called today's noon, and they offered 6 months free mobile plan to keep using unifi mobile.Bill will charged on 7th month onwards.

I rejected them anyway, cause I don't want have any hassle afterwards.

Prorated charges I understand. Mostly they will charge me for 4 days which is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today. How to get it refund to my credit card or bank account?

Contact the support, they will request your bank account details.

during making OpenWRT for D-Link B1, it make me to build my own GPON Wi-Fi 7 Router

look around, 6GHz Tx Power very weak as per MCMC standard, so I patch out MCMC and use no restriction

Tx at 30dBm will be around 1W power

OpenWRT haven't move to Linux Kernel 6.12 that support MLO, but backport make it possible

Yes, but some are still entitled for 600 minutes calls while some don't. Mine still gets free 600 minutes calls.
The fixed lines will still be there.
*
How do I know if I still entitled for free 600 mins calls. I didn't make any call last month, so the bill didn't show ST20.

Can check with CS, gotta trust their words. Otherwise, need to make a few seconds call and check your next bill.
*
Just chat with CS, still entitled for the free ST20 600mins call.

Look for old users who want to move out and transfer their line (perhaps still with contract therefore they dun want to simply just terminate), so that they transfer their old account to you, then you can apply for SWU after the transfer.

You can find such groups in Facebook.

Check the few threads that posted few days ago. Someone is transferring his/her 500Mbps RM90 ownership.
