Same.. I got mine on 17th November, within few days it change to Unifi Home 1Gbps - Pro Upgrade. Unlike my 300 to 500 Mbps free upgrade, took months for the name to change to 500 Mbps Pro Upgrade. Anybody from 800 Mbps get 2Gbps upgrade?

Same. Definitely TM/upstream routing issue because everything is back smooth when I switch on VPN through Oracle SG server.

I might be wrong. But base on what I know, it follows your previous plan. If your previous plan include free calls, the free calls will carry over once you change to SWU.

My Unifi BTU acted strangely. It go hairwire once run 15 mins and keep blinking. Unplug and switch back after few minutes then ok and again after 10 to 15 mins. What is the latest BTU from Unifi provide nowaday?

They giving a AIO ONT unit, not ONU anymore...unless you can buy a second hand ONU and paste the same details from the previous ONU. Otherwise you have to re-contract

buy used Unifi ONU like HG8240H, HG8240H5, ZTE F620 any ONT Bridge, not AIO

ask technician for PLOAM Password, put your PLOAM into those ONT

use like before

avoid using AIO/ONR

I just got ZTE FOC replacement a few weeks ago.
It is lifetime warranty. No need to re-contract.

I think I had been using this BTU since 2013. If AIO given really no choice. Not test with other adapter but may give a try tonight if can find any extra adapter to test.
