What's your unifi package? Confused to read.
Your hardware seem support up to 100mbps only. Bear in mind, you must be ready to port out if TM not give any counter offer.

Yes port out. Bear in mind you must be ready if TM no good mood that day and accept your port out then GG.

My Unifi BTU acted strangely. It go hairwire once run 15 mins and keep blinking. Unplug and switch back after few minutes then ok and again after 10 to 15 mins. What is the latest BTU from Unifi provide nowaday?

I think I had been using this BTU since 2013. If AIO given really no choice. Not test with other adapter but may give a try tonight if can find any extra adapter to test.

BTU swappable easily too? What I meant if technician come and change the BTU & do not take back the current one which indeed only adapter issue. I can use back the old BTU without inform Unifi?

You are right. I test with fiberhome adapter and it still work 3 hours without any issue.

Unifi technician come and found out it is adapter issue. He told me that the current BTU is still the best to use as compare to what currently offer. If want to replace to new BTU, need to wait for stock & come back later. At the end, I just proceed to replace the adapter only.

Actually filed on Sunday lunch hour and only came today morning. More than 24 hours. Yes replaced with the new adapter. New modem just finished stock yesterday and only stock available only today afternoon. If I want to change need to book again another time. Two modems available to choose ZTE or AIO type which got modem with router. Technician said my existing one much better than those new one. I chose to replace with adapter only. If really spoil then only replace the modem.

Yes by right Monday. You know I know... It's not system issue but normally Monday can go EL. Hahaha.... Anyway previous experiences were good, most within 24 hours. Ya old one better. Hope can last another 10 years.
