i paid RM99 for 800Mbps now bundles with UnifiTV Ultimate (old legacy) and Voice STD20, unless SWU able to bring it down below RM99 for 800Mbps, else difficult for me to switch my plan

ya, after few round escalate, they close my ticket after notify me the speed has been upgrade (which is true, upgraded to 800Mbps since last year Oct), just the plan name
I keep on comment and pull the MCMC staff in... then finally it is changed on 6th Dec (from my ticket lodge 21st Oct)

the reason we need plan name change is we might get free upgrade in future (who knows), so is better the ensure plan and actual speed matching

just now i saw my download was extremely fast, then i did a speedtest, i got 2gbps... normally my speed is around 500mbps

wow then it was slow... should come Monday noon

anyway older BTU also should be more reliable so just stick with it until really kaputtt

currently using rm179 500mbps with tv pack, i discovered that now unifi offer plan without TV, would like to downgrade to 300mbps without tv pack, can i keep same phone number if i downgrade?

Is there a detailed guide to setup the new DPN-FX3060V modem/router given by TM? I have searched the forum but could not locate it.

Also, anybody experiencing issues with the 5GHz wifi connection on this router? Mine is not stable which requires frequent reboot of the router to solve the issue. I can see the AP on my point but an error message will appear when selecting the AP

1. If factory reset, PLOAM Password remain static, you only need to use Wizard to setup, Enter PPPoE, WiFi and VoIP

2. D-Link DPN-FX3060V WiFi has bug, by default k/v enabled by defaults, for me, disable it fix issue 5GHz from missing

Any UNIFI people having issues with Netflix and unencrypted dns since the dns hijack in September?

In September I had this Netflix tagging my home network as a vpn or proxy.

Kept coming back everyday, I needed to reset and change ip of home network for it to work.

I’m using maxis public ip fibre on tm infra with google dns

I noticed this issue started when the government did the force dns switch. After revert same issue kept persist.

I then set the deco to access point and put my asus as main router with encrypted nextdns dns.

3 months no issue and now I put back deco because asus was blocking google home devices and the issue has come back ??

I have no idea what is causing the issue, or if the nextdns tracker blocking prevented my ip from being tagged as vpn

Any advice would be great please
