100mbps is now RM79 right?

Initially went to confirm back that my unifi subscription that received 800Mbps to 1Gbps upgrade last month was not extended contract only, and at the same time ask about SWU offer. Didnt really caught the part about asking CSO to check with manager until today 😅
But like you said, as long as I am not tied down with a contract there're several options to choose from
Is this only for end of contract subscribers or the offer is also for new subscribers?
haha yeah, I visited TM Batu Lintang last Friday, and was only offered SWU of 300Mbps @ RM119 and 500Mbps @ RM139 without TV pack. My current package comes with Ruby pack which is not utilized at all

Is this one available for people moving from Maxis? I asked the Unifi agent and he says best is RM 89 100 Mbps with 6 months free but recontract for 36 months

Can I check what's SWU 4.0 for 100Mbps plan?

1. Is it free 6 months and 36 months recontract?
2. During this 24 or 36 months contract, possible to get speed upgrade or speed upgrade comes only after you out of contract?
3. Possible to request for just modem (terminal unit) instead of a combo box? I have my own mesh routers and I read bridgemode not working fine?

I am thinking of renewing my Unifi contract but lazy to go to TMPoint, queue is always super long at my area. And currently no speed upgrade too...

I renew my contract last week and they told me that the cheapest package is 100mbps for RM99 with 6 month waiver

Went TMpoint Kajang to ask on swu 4.0 as my contract ended 100mbps paying rm89 exclude sst.

Initial offer was

Rm89 for 100mbps (waive 6 months)
Rm119 for 300mbps (waive 6 months)
Rm139 for 500mbps (waive 6 months)

After much talk the counter lady said best price for 100mbps is rm79 waive 6 months no free hardware

Im now with SWU 4.0 300mbps rm119
Have been with tm since streamyx era

Feels like no special treatment being a loyal customer for so long......sigh

Somemore we have unifi users paying only rm119 and getting 500mbps

My Unifi BTU acted strangely. It go hairwire once run 15 mins and keep blinking. Unplug and switch back after few minutes then ok and again after 10 to 15 mins. What is the latest BTU from Unifi provide nowaday?

I went to TMPoint, and they only offered two options for the 100Mbps plan:

RM89 with 6 months free, or
RM79 with 6 months free, but it requires adding a postpaid plan.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions on how to work around it?

I have been paying 300mbps@rm49 + Ultimate Hypetv@rm60 + free calls@rm20 for a total of rm129 b4 6% tax. Recently upgraded to 500mbps.
Every time I visited tmpoint for better offer or cancelling of hypetv or free calls but was not allowed. Anyone successful in getting better offer?
