I got the wifi6 router as a mash instead, works perfectly well though.
*
They provided me another HG8145X6 Wifi6 Router as mesh too, just installed less than 2 weeks ago.

Guys, if I renew for 24 months, I can get 1 free Wifi5 mesh node and 1 month free.

For the mesh node, will they charge any delivery / installation fee?
*
or just transfer your ownership to someone who are willing to pay the relocation fees (maybe charge extra for your contract-less ownership, the official contract-less setup fee is RM400 (-RM120 relocation fee), you can charge less than that).
then signup a new package to enjoy same benefits.

Hi, please login to your selfcare portal (selfcare.time.com.my) to check out the promo for recontract/upgrade.
No delivery or installation fee.

But bear in mind if you dont mind compromising the performance of these stocks devices, they are unmatched to those devices you buy outside.

so that someone outside of your network can initial access to your network, in short, if you host anything inside your network like web server, CCTV, vpn, remote access etc and access them via the internet, then you will need public ip address. some games also need that from custom hostings.

Time vs UniFi - any reason to change to Time?

Have had UniFi for many years without issue, but TIME have now rolled out here too. Purely from a reliability perspective (have own equipment so don’t care about the router etc. provided)

Yeah. I was thinking to add it as a second line but probably overkill … as not faced any issues on existing UniFi

Will leave it I guess (unless issues appear!)

Cheaper, faster, seems to be more stable
Just moved from a place with unifi to one with time

Amazing upload speed, and no more issues on Digi's VoWifi

500mbps might be overkill but I cant get tired of doing speed tests

Do you guys have problem accessing the Android Police website?  I can access using VPN and even on my mobile phone but I get an error whenever I use Time Broadband.  I'm using Google DNS 8.8.8.8, I've also tried Cloudflare 1.1.1.1.

Replying to old post but just got TIME installed today and also have the same issue

VPN works, mobile data works, but not on time
Tried Cloudflare and Quad9 DNS

Same error of
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Also, gamerant.com and cbr.com don't load for me with the same error

Poking around, it seems like all those sites are hosted on Amazon AWS, so something related to that.

I face the same issue from time to time too, and it will be fixed by reconnecting and getting a new WAN IP.
Not really sure why. sweat.gif
