I'm planning to switch to time but my unifi contract only expires in Nov. I should start applying now or wait until Nov only apply?

TIME is currently being installed at my location. Any idea what are the latest procedure to cancel unifi? Do i need to bring the modem and router?

I'm having issues disconnecting while playing fifa23 on ps5. I suspect is TIME because i only recently switched to time and didnt have issues while i was on unifi. Any solution?
