Anyone on the 100Mbps plan is getting private WAN IPs (in the 10.x.x.x range) instead of public IPs? Noticed this starting from early morning on 9 Nov.
Is TIME starting to assign private IPs instead of public ones?

Any idea if this is just temporary, or if we can request for public WAN IPs like Maxis?

QUOTE(Vincent6596 @ Nov 10 2022, 09:03 PM) getting 161.142.x.x on 100mpbs package 161.142.x.x seems to be the "shared" public IP now Hopefully someone will have some news about this soon.

QUOTE(robhinhood @ Nov 12 2022, 02:10 PM) I am on 500 Mbps plan. I am getting Public IP, no issue. Able to access all my IPs from Internet and old technology CCTV. Hmm.. seems like it is only impacting 100Mbps plans now, and yea I needed public IP for the old-tech CCTV I have also and since the WAN IP assigned is in the 10.x.x.x space, it is disrupting some LAN routing as well. QUOTE(chonghe @ Nov 14 2022, 07:18 PM) I am getting 161.142.x.x these few days I have done virtual server/port forwarding via router website and when I check the port via yougetsignal it says closed (it was opened before) How can I port forward now? edit: 100Mbps Not possible to port forward with the conventional ways now, after being CGNAT-ed Anyone tried to contact the customer care to see if it is possible to request for public WAN IPs?

QUOTE(chonghe @ Nov 15 2022, 02:00 PM) I gave TIME a call today and they said will get resolved today. Now I am back to 192.228 IP Great to hear that, did you just request for public IP? Any idea if there are any extra charges? Thanks.

QUOTE(PRSXFENG @ May 15 2023, 10:22 PM) Replying to old post but just got TIME installed today and also have the same issue VPN works, mobile data works, but not on time Tried Cloudflare and Quad9 DNS Same error of ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR Also, gamerant.com and cbr.com don't load for me with the same error Poking around, it seems like all those sites are hosted on Amazon AWS, so something related to that. I face the same issue from time to time too, and it will be fixed by reconnecting and getting a new WAN IP. Not really sure why. This post has been edited by siaush: May 15 2023, 10:25 PM
