When I check at whatsmyip.com .. my router has no ipv6 address

Ic, so we should look for u to get special rate for contract entension? 😂

I dont deal with the contract extension, but we deal with infra, especially infra that is more complicated beyond standard deployment.

Yes.. the colour of the fibre cable that the installer used is kind of light grey. Not exactly pure white as I mentioned before.

BTW, I'm surprised because the work completion form have a detailed explanation about the installation, even complete with FDP info and tagging details.

Yup ...

Does TIME do any sort of rebate for loss of service for multiple days?

Currently, my internet has gone down since 10:30AM yesterday, service checker says there's nothing wrong with my area.

I filed a ticket and they say the earliest they can send a technician is on 23/12 (Tuesday)

So, I would be without internet for about 3-4 days, can I demand rebate?

(I have done all the troubleshooting on my side that I could, including swapping out for a spare ONT/ONR, still blinking LOS)

Unfortunately this is kind of grey area, as it is only Fiber BB which is best effort basis and has no SLA or SLG. But you can complain to MCMC in the case it caused severe inconvenience to you.

Try check under WAN section, the protocol type is selected as Ipv4/Ipv6.
