In this case, the holding 3 cards from PBB, they can have different statement dates as well? If so, possible to standardize them?

wait till 28 Sep for the "1st" statement

from my checking, any partial statement cycle <21 days will not get statement-ed. it will be temporary put on-hold until next full cycle, which in your case is 28 Sep.

cb-wise, need to file a dispute with PBB to get back the cb within the period of partial statement cycle.

CS will ask you to wait until 28 Sep statement is generated then only they recalculate the cb differences:

1) partial cycle: approval date until 28 Aug (no statement) <-- missing, to recalculate
2) full cycle: 29 Aug until 28 Sep (statement) but max cb RM30 (from approval date until 28 Sep)

Me and my friend called PBB CS separately on different days and they insisted Quantum cards cannot be cancelled separately. I don't know if this is CS problem or some of you are just lucky. Didn't want to push CS further since still got half year more before I reach anniversary month so still got time to see how things goes.

Haha, I have a different experience though. Posted this in the m2c thread earlier. Got my CC approved with PBB (my first CC with them) but Maybank rejected my application to increase my credit limit (not even a new CC application  ), despite me being an existing MBB CC customer for years and always full statement balance payments for all CC and existing loans (including MBB!!). So CCRIS is clean. I also applied for temporary credit limit increase from CIMB (to fund a large purchase which will be paid off anyway). All 3 were done in the space of 2/3 weeks and I didn't even need to appeal to PBB/CIMB. The reason why I wanted the credit limit increase with MBB was also because i wanted to utilize their latest BT promo of 12 months 0%.

Well I know some will be able to point out some 'weaknesses in my application' if you look hard enough but yea. 'Rejected' on 1 criterion only? The funny thing is my monthly income now (not even taking into account others like bonus etc) is only a few hundreds RM below my current MBB CC limit. Even submitted my BE Form! Overall, was very disappointed with MBB  .

OT but it's the same case for me, however, if you appeal through email and attach supporting documents, they will approve it.
Through M2U, it's easy to decrease your CL but to increase your CL, might need to do some appealing through email.

Does Visa Signature gives rebate for audo debits?

I wonder if want to cancel qv need to clear the outstanding first. Because the statement is there already so should be ok?
