unable to top up B** P** with my credit card this morning on 9.35am & 10.06am.

After key in OTP but it load very long time then it say there was an error.

If you got the OTP and you key-in and click submit then chances are bank already process the payment but the merchant did not pick it up only.

I contacted bank PBB earlier and they confirmed that it went through. You can also call them to double confirm your transaction.

Happened to me as well, but in PB statement it showed 6 transaction.
Checking again just now shows BP statement is already well reflected.

Anyone knows if PBB charged admin fee (or processing fee / hidden charges) for 11street installment?

Here's the problem. The form only has space for 2 cards. For more than 2 cards, have to ask the branch. If ask you fill up multiple forms and each form costs $10 stamping fee, I think not worth the $$$. It's available for download at the link I gave. You can looky see first. They don't accept your own hasil stamp, so just pay them $10. Make sure you tell them you're after that $88 promo - they will tell you when you can send the SMS (I think 1 day later is fine). Then only spend $88.
