Me and my friend called PBB CS separately on different days and they insisted Quantum cards cannot be cancelled separately. I don't know if this is CS problem or some of you are just lucky. Didn't want to push CS further since still got half year more before I reach anniversary month so still got time to see how things goes.

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Oct 19 2018, 09:55 AM) Anyone has experience before how refund works in terms of the cashback? I got a refund from a service payment I made (within same statement cycle), but as exchange rate changed the refund amount different from paid out amount, so it's NOT a cancellation of the transaction but a credit to my account. Does that mean I will be getting cashback for the transaction or not? It's confirmed to be online from previous same transaction I made. There is no such thing as reversal after transaction is posted. You must have plus and minus transactions to balance the figures. This behaviour goes both ways. If the exchange rate weakened, you'll get more RM back than you spent. Would you call the bank to return the difference if this happened? If the statement date has passed, the cashback will be reduced in next statement.

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Nov 1 2018, 07:21 AM) when i cancelled Quantum Visa, somehow my eStatement registration was disabled (was enabled all these while) luckily i went back to PBe to check the setup. Just checked my own PBe and found the same issue too. Fortunately PBe now allows historical PDF statements for the past year to be viewed/downloaded so this issue is only an annoyance. Earlier this year, something triggered this issue and I lost access to all my historical statements and had to wait till next statement date before I could resume getting new statements.
