I got rejected also even got Car Loan. Get the car loan and the officer help me apply CC. Rejected also~~~ Happyy
I tot got Car loan and easy to get approval for cc application.
But the answer is NO!!!!
They lost one of the customers. I dont want apply anymore. Really poor customer service compared to Maybank. Their internet banking is 1990year one. Really poor.

After 5yrs finish my car loan and I will not choose PBB anymore seriously.

I took their Hire Purchase because PBB is the first one to contact me. Called me on 4pm and approved SMS on 6pm(So surprise and efficient).
Firstly I tot got the loan with them will easily to get the credit card(saw many ppl said they offer cc to them when sign the agreement).
They help me apply too, but not successful

After that I only realize how poor their service is;
1. e-Banking even worse than Bank Islam(sorry to say )
2. Customer service not line Maybank, everything can be done by call. I can say that they even dont have HQ contact, when call hotline, ask to refer branch?? Then you better close your hotline number.
3. Hire Purchase hotline cannot call. If you lucky got connected, but no one pick up hahahahahaha
4. Ask for Standing instruction for Hire Purchase payment. Due date is 11 every month, but until 11.50pm on 11st of the month still have not deduct. Refer to the Branch, they also dont know. Ask to wait on 12. I dont want their stupid system affected my credit score btw so I manually pay it~

So I still dont know why PBB dont want approve CC application.

Dont sad kay? PBB credit card processing team all old ppl. Saw your salary higher than them and then reject. haha... They rejected me too...

haha... They strict on credit card application only. Hire purchase they cincai approve one.

March I applied got rejected. June got my hire purchase loan approved within 3hrs after they call me and they help me apply the Petrol card 24k annual income one(They didnt tell me the help me apply petrol card, I tot is quantum) when I sign the agreement for hire purchase loan and got rejected also lagi.

Ermmm. Okay la. Fine~~~ Since got SST now. Still thinking want to apply or not. Because I have Maybank AMEX+FC BARCELONA already.

Is 365days everyday busy. Not only this few day.

Too many people have recently cut cards, and their skills are to keep customers.
See their recently promotion. Need apply both Visa+Master to get the free gift. haha

Lucky already someone pick up your call. haha

They should receive the worse CS award. Even Bank Islam CS is better than PBB. hahahahha

I believe as long as the card number is generated and it will need to pay the tax.

I tried to apply again early Sept and took 2weeks to process. Rejected again. Byebye to PBB.

I even have hire purchase with them and CCRIS is 0000 but still rejected. I tot SST will easy to get approval. But I am wrong haha. Btw, hope to get the good news from you.

lol... Several attempts to apply the Public Bank Quantum since early 2018. The application keep not successful even I got Hire Purchase with PBB.

Early Sept,2018 tried again, REJECTED too.

I am very disappointed and angry and write a long email to PBB and cc BNM on 21 Sept. Then this morning check the CCRIS and got approved (within one week). Check the status by calling the PBB and system also informed that my application been approved.

Forgot to tell, my approved CL is RM8k only. Is it consider less? Normally PBB how many times of our salary?

Anyone got the rewards from 'Apply Now for PB Card & Take Your Choice Home Campaign'?

Can topup BigPay on each? When have to send SMS? After fulfill the requirement or once the card activated?

Because I knew MBB is around 2-3x of salary. Still new in PBB CC so wonder how they assign the CL.

Can I know Quantum Master if topup Bigpay eligible for Cash Back? mean Topup RM600 to get RM30 right?

Akak got read my post about I got approval from the PBB CC finally...

PBB very lansi. I at least tried 5x since March,2018 until today and each time request to appeal mean 10x haha. Langsung tak penah call me to ask your work, salary bla bla bla. Maybank will still call you or email you with their personal working email.
I always check the status via my eCCRIS. Pending or disappeared if rejected.

After CCRIS pending disappeared. I call and talk to the human. They said is still process, not yet reject. and tell me CCRIS is not up to date(bulx shxt la).
