I checked mine, it was 23/7 5:30PM (based on the OTP sms). Still ok la... but any later I guess would be much more risky and since many doing the same thing... I guess as early as possible now is safer.

Alamak... I'm applying for Quantum now... if it comes after Sept 1.. I don't want the Quantum Visa ._.

Mine actually pending quite sometime, I called up to the CS they also mentioned not sure why so long. They put a note said will get them to approve before 31/8 then no SST charges . But need to call up against next week... tsk, they said under final management approval...wonder why take so long. Bout 3 weeks or more.

Will follow up next week, I want the QMC... but don't want the Visa LOL.

Definitely worth it, but I don't want the Visa... just the QMC... if both come then -.-

Cancelled 2 cards from HSBC... yeah they called up and keep asking why I don't want keep and all LOL. Then I said SST charges they kept quiet ._.

Talked about SST then change topic said the card grant me access to PPL etc ask me keep the VS cause CL and not easy to approve blablablah... I count d, even the VS use 8x foreign currency charging and rebate also effectively ~2% only... might as well use FCB.

Side note, baru kaotim the usual Monday exercise now where is my Quantum card .

I hold Platinum and VS from HSBC, the only reason I kept the Platinum until it almost expire was cause the one of the numbers was 8888 hahaha! I used the PPL access twice since I got the card earlier this year . But I have the PB VS as well, also can access PPL la.

I'm applying for Quantum, basically eye-ing on the Master Card since I always max out the VS cash rebate anyways (well, who doesn't here right? just RM633 only...)

Yes, and I'm still waiting for mine . No SMS yet sigh. If still no then I want call up for them to cancel the Quantum Visa, only send me the Quantum Master Card instead.

I just called up PB Card Services, the automated voice system mentioned my card has been approved after I key in my IC. But I haven't received SMS triggering yet though =/.

I checked mine only have WK4, no sign of WK5 yet .

My previous statement was all BP + dining, didn't gain any VIP. Guess BP still eligible.

Maybe they rushing applications now haha, mine was under processing last week when I called. Weekend I called to CS they said to expedite, today I called up said approved. Will call again to CS to confirm.

IVR said approved but haven't appeared in my PBe . Need to call up CS later d tsk... I don't mind paying for SST, if SST I don't want pay for the QMV =/

I still like QMC better... charge to BP then can use it on all areas.

Well yeah, noted it might fail at times. But I have back up cards to use. BP is primary for me now.

EDIT: After chasing for the approval... I just realized as I'm existing VS user, the Quantum will follow VS renew date right? In this case even if approved after 1/9 I should not be charged since my renewal is follow my VS?

My MBB cards all follow the oldest one...
