Swipe generally means all transactions including PIN, wave, online and direct debit etc apart from "bank initiated" ones like EZpay / balance transfer instalments.

That is very strange and different from my experience.

I have many many principal and supplementary PBB cards, and several of them are used exclusively for online payments (e.g. only paying bills online and purchases) and never taken out of the house. I've never been charged AF on any of them since 2011.

Maybe others can share their experience too just for consistency.

Can you please also check whether your VIP points increased by the same amount as your BP reload? If you received VIP points, it may mean that BP reload is excluded...

The cashback you are mentioning is your monthly 6% (capped at RM38) which should be reflected in latest statement?

Open your latest statement and look at the bottom table for VIP points. Is there an increase? If so, does this tally with your BP and other non-qualifying spend?

Very very likely the next statement cycle (October) although some rare cases have same posting and transaction date.

Got my Week 6 RM50. Am pretty sure I didn't reload before 8am as I usually do it when I get into the office (after 9-10am) every Monday.

Wow! I didn't realise we can do that.

1st load = 8.20am, 8th load = 9.37am.

If it helps, I did 4 transactions (my principal) and my husband did 4 (his supp card) on our separate BP apps, and I got my full CB.

You can request via-email for the exact time the CB pool finished. In a previous promo they gave me a precise time and date.

For all promo I only register one PBB VS principle and spend across VS, QM, and 9 supplementary. Never had an issue getting CB.

Yes, this Week 6 random missing CB thing is very peculiar. Interested in finding out the reasons even though I got m CB.

Just a few questions to further eliminate theories:

1. Did anyone who did 8x BP swipes on 6 August fail to get CB?
- Right now, it seems that many of us who swiped 8x BP managed to get CB even though it was later on Monday. I'm trying to determine whether it could be a gateway (timing) issue, or if certain merchants (not BP obviously) have been suddenly excluded from eligible swipes.

2. Did anyone who got full RM50 do last swipe AFTER Monday? If so, please post last swipe date and time if possible.
- This is to help determine last eligible swipe.

Mine 1 principal x 2, 3 supp x 2, also received.

I never use only one card for promo and have always received full CB.

As a starting point, I suggest people who didn't get full CB to ask PBB what time the pool supposedly ran out. If several people ask separately (via e-mail, so you can get a written black and white), then you should all get a consistent answer. There is also no point saying "so and so got it" as it is purely hearsay. Focus on your own case. Forum comments are certainly not a credible source.

Once you have the confirmed official cut-off time and date, then you can do your analysis of your own transactions. For those who topped up purely using BP it is very easy since the transaction time is recorded in the app and we know there are no timezone issues.

For those who have "other transactions", you can write to PBB with a list of your 8 qualifying transactions, PLUS the black and white confirmation of their cut-off time, and then ask them to investigate.

No point speculating, complaining, or threatening to report to BNM etc. Just use the facts and information (whatever you can obtain in black and white) to support your case.

My PBB CL is the lowest of all my CCs even though I've owned VS since 2011. I think the initial limit they gave me was RM30k, and I have applied for CL increases approx every 2 years, but it is now only 2.5 times my salary. My last CL increase application was rejected, and PBB CL is generally half of all my other CC limits. I've been trying to increase it for BT purposes, but it is a very slow process.

MBB is pretty strict too in my experience. Currently 3 times for me, but I apply for CL increase yearly and its only a small amount each time.

CIMB, HLB, SCB, CITI and HSBC for me were outrageously high.

Got my week 7 too, BP reloads across principals and supps.

Will be interesting to see if there's a repeat of week 6 mystery missing CB.
