anyone faces Quantum Master card faulty problem?

i tapped and even tried key in pin at 2 McD terminal branches also failed.

just saw PBB Platinum Visa my e-statement

kena charged
CARD SERVICE TAX INVOICE: P33-1 25.00
ANNUAL CARD FEE 333.00

base on last year record RM333 were reversed next day (28/9)
should i call to inquiry now o wait until tomorrow?

just checked my Quantum Visa... also kena charged similar charges as above!
but i just got my card this April ! ranting.gif

my bad. apologize.

RM25 is card service tax for both cards
RM333 is annual card fee for both cards

for PBB Visa platinum - i recount my transactions only have 8 smile.gif
(i remembered last time when i asked for waiver, were told need swipes for 6 times...)

for QV - suppose to be no annual fee right?

meanwhile my QM issued in May... possible next month will be charged RM25 service tax?

just called CS asked for annual fees waiver for my PBB Visa Platinum Visa & Master...

the CS stressed that this will be my last waiver as i requested last year...
before im ending call, i clarify with CS, online transaction also quality as 12 times swipes?
CS said yes.

later shall reload BigPay RM1.00 x 12 times for both cards and eventually cancel it next month when my last installment posted.

just sharing my experience of terminating my card just now.

this card have installment plan and i was wrongly track my installments, thinking since finish installment can cancel my card.

called CS, and were told i still have another 1 installment to go, if im insist to cancel this card, the installment will deemed settlement and RM100 penalty will be impose.

but then im cancel another card which have RM12 credit balance inside (no installment) she said can cancel & transfer to other card.

PBB can always include TnC wording that exclude BP reload in next campaign if the policy maker feel it's "abuse"

whatever objective in mind, PBB successful get more public to swipe!
Janji hit target & fund fully utilised.

no point discuss whoever friend working inside talking discuss about it when its already coming to end.
