Rm160 per month is with modem right?

What is the price of this package without a modem?

Can I use the same modem as I use for 1mbps?

I went ahead and process my 4Mb combo upgrade package to today. Was told that there's gonna be a 5 day downtime. I really hope that's not gonna be the case.

I am sure that he is affected internationally. Some users simply do not interact with many problem areas. Test the following for an example:

same here... but is there any datacenter or important servers in San Diego? if not then its pointless having a fast conenction there i guess..

if i remember correctly there is quite a big one at dallas... i dont much about this, mayb those that do VPN should know where are the important links/routes that TM use to plan their servic. I remember trace route last time i saw and address and it went though Los Angeles and Dallas...

Quite a few medium-sized (sony online entertanment is one i use a lot), but that's not the point. The point is that TM's issue of being overloaded affects everyone. Some more than others. Jaring users have a substantially lower ping to San Diego, and nearly 0% packet loss.

The main point to realize here is that TM is overloaded and has poor routing. This affects everyone.

what they do to me?
im complaining about slow connection to premier CS. they said my line already set at 6mbps at should be fine. i said that every slow.. speedtest shows less than 1mbps.. KL, singapore, penang.. all less than 1mbps. i told them my dowdload speed also slow.. less than 200kB/sec.. so they said they need to set my speed at 4mbps.. and then see what happen.
after 15minute my line show 4096kbps.. and.. everything damn fast.. speedtest 3450kbps..(logic for 4096 capped), i test download with all premium acc that i have.. RS = 440kB/sec (1 task).. hotfile 400+.. and uploaded.to also can get 400kB/sec with single task!!.. before this, uploaded.to is the worst.. can manage to get about 200kB/sec even with four concurrent download..

Still lots of packet loss to first few hops, and DNS timeouts. I guess that's normal smile.gif

I have only copper connection too.The cs and front counter person in TM point said the same thing to me.They have lack of knowledge.

I just tried to let the technician put my line on 4M to have a try for some day.If it works well,I will then directly upgrade the package to 4M-currently is 2M combo.

I hope the technician could help me set it up in this evening. tongue.gif
