its RM268 a month =.=

eh 4mbps can run on copper wire ? the TM CS keep talking about my area's copper wire , not fibre optic cant run 4mbps well . But i'm staying in Bukit Damansara area and my roads on the list of 4mbps-able area. Anyone can clarify ?

P/S : Is there a Premier CS ? How do i contact them , the normal CS really not helping.

i had a one day downtime yesterday , internet is fine now . hopefully it'll be upgraded soon.

i think im still on the 2mbps , last time i can only download at 150kb/sec , nows up to 212kb/sec .

I called TM ,they say something about already setting up the jumper or the port and a technician would be coming to my house to check on something . Is it normal ?

I hope they do it quick man , my 2mbps is RM188/month , i feel cheated.

i just contacted the apparent technician for my area . He said they are using OLD PORT something 8001 8002 series or something , Cant support 4mbps . Then they say 4mbps my margin would be bad . Trying to persuade me not to upgrade . I'm really piss at their attitude .

Now they are saying they didn't receive any order . They really are a bunch of useless people . They keep changing their stories . Jeeze

hey , just wanna ask right . If our ipdslam port isnt right , they still can fix it up and have 4mbps ? or its impossible .

went to tm point just now , the team manager also rubbing head listening to the technician . So he told me he'll let let me test it out 1st . lolx .
