i also got credit rm399 with unifi since i still paying for few months

after i apply for relocation but new housing got no unifi until october last year

last bill i got october last year. don't know when their cheque will arrive

im upgrading from unifilite to bonanza 30mbps..rm139.. later my bill comeup have additional rm30 for hypptv everywhere lite. report to TM they removed and refund but now in latest bill they charge early termination fee rm200. wth
anyone facing this?

just chat with tm cs she said the early termination fee is valid as i have contract while in unifilite before.

You type "route print" wrongly but doesn't matter. "ipconfig /all" shows that your PC is not getting an IPv4 address from your router. The 169.x.x.x address for your PC is automatically assigned when it can't find a DHCP server.

Your router and internet seems to be working since your PC is getting an IPv6 address from, presumably, your router.

- What router are you using?
- How about other devices, are they OK?
- Can you logon to your router and check that the DHCP server is not disabled? Since your IPv4 is not working, in order to connect to the router, you'll have to manually assign an IPv4 address to your PC. It needs to be in the same subnet as your router. So depending on the router, this can be 192.168.1.x or 192.168.0.x. x = random number < 254 but not 1. In fact, once you do this, you should also be able to access the internet if the router is working.

Just saw that you have an RG4332 router. Try setting 192.168.0.33 (subnet mask: 255.255.255.0, gateway: 192.168.0.1) on your PC. After that see if you can access the router at 192.168.0.1. Also try a website. This is all assuming that you have not changed the IP addresses of the router from their defaults.

Disable IPv6. It will be more stable if you do that.

So you able to remove hyptv? Actually the RM139 include hypptv.. But total still RM130 (internet + hypptv). If you able to remove hypptv.. your bill will become RM109..

yup bonanza 30bmps rm139 is internet+hypptv.. but they charged me an additional rm30 for hypptv everywhere lite and made my bill to rm169. they made mistake ,they  didnt remove the hypptv from unifilite. so i reported to tm n they removed the hypptv everywhere lite. but now they charge me early termination fee. huhu

.. unifi lite comes with hypptv everywhere now called unifi playtv- an internet based app, no stb (hyppbox)
.. hyyptv is now called unifi tv - u must take basic pack (free channels, (priced in), and if u like, add chargeable packs jumbo, jumbo lite, ruby, etc
.. there is no such thing as "hypptv everywhere lite".
.. rm139 is 30mbps+uniftv basic pack, not 30mbps+jumbo lite.
.. u r charged additional rm30 becos u get jumbo lite; jumbo is rm60.
.. u can call to try remove jumbo lite to save rm30 but there cud b conditions moving from lite to unifi30.
.. since u terminated last lite contract, u pay termination fee.

Jumbo lite is different from jumbo. Jumbo lite same price with another standard pack. Rm 30 per month only.

unifi ipv6 performance is inconsistent, that's why rather off it, plus a slightly lighter load on router for lesser task to run

The RM139 is new for me.. What is Unifi TV Basic? Free to air as (RTM 1,2 TV 3)? 

So it's not RM139 including  aneka/ruby/jumbo lite (value RM30) like usually previous package? Only Jumbo (value RM60) need to add RM30 from the advertised price.
