im upgrading from unifilite to bonanza 30mbps..rm139.. later my bill comeup have additional rm30 for hypptv everywhere lite. report to TM they removed and refund but now in latest bill they charge early termination fee rm200. wth
anyone facing this?

just chat with tm cs she said the early termination fee is valid as i have contract while in unifilite before.

yup bonanza 30bmps rm139 is internet+hypptv.. but they charged me an additional rm30 for hypptv everywhere lite and made my bill to rm169. they made mistake ,they didnt remove the hypptv from unifilite. so i reported to tm n they removed the hypptv everywhere lite. but now they charge me early termination fee. huhu
