Terminated my Unifi acc last Sunday and my online account is no longer valid as of today. Final bill will be received via email, correct?

Terminated my unifi few weeks ago. Today, I received the final bill & I expect the amount I need to pay is pro-rated to offset the normal billing date.
Then I see the amount is -RM57.xx. Means, TM owe me instead but I don't remember paying them deposit when I registered 5 years ago. Normally how do they credit the amount? Via cheque? |
