anyone here noticed that this morning.  unifi cannot access many oversea sites.    my currently on unifi biz.    yesterday can access US website.  today takes so long to load and  some cannot load .

I paid RM170.65 (inc GST) for 2 years for 8Mbps Streamyx package. Now contract end.

few weeks ago i check weather has Unifi in my area. Still don't have it after 10 years waiting. It's not even a kampung!
Across the road the Taman already has Unifi!

So please advise what should I do next?

last 3 month tm trunk pass by my area and saying that unifi available at my area, i upgraded from streamyx 8mb to unifi 30. Paying 179 for that and i assuming i still in contract.

Anyone manage to get downgrade to bonanza 30 which is 139? Plan to walk in to tmpoint this coming fri.. would like to see any success case of similar situation.

In dilemma now. Paying rm149 for 10mbps and wanted to upgrade to 30mbps for rm139.
But issue is right not my contract already ended and by upgrading it to 30mbps, I suppose new contract will commence. But next year i'll shift to new house which i have no idea as to whether there is unifi coverage there or not.

Anyone have any advise?

My relative same block different floor also using 30mbps but recently get free upgrade. She upgraded to 50mbps. With speed test i can get 50mbps without any issue.
Telekom say she lucky to get 50mbps. For me unlucky so can only get 30mbps

If not mistaken VDSL modem is connect directly to the phone jack. Mean modem directly connected to house phone jack.

It double unlucky for me.

30 Oct unifi install. 2 days later unlucky unifi drop 40 ringgit per month to 139 ringgit.
Try to upgrade to 50mbps with additional rm10. Unlucky i could able to upgrade due to VDSL.

Know the reason? Last time RM99 called off supposedly because complaints from RM129. I think similarly Streamyx especially newly subscribed at higher prices must be complaining. Also from Streamyx old users who still paying higher prices all this while. They never got double the speed as Unifi. And now they want to reduce price but only for new users.

I wonder if the Unifi RM139 will also be affected after complaints from existing 30M users paying higher prices. They should just do upgrade or lower prices for existing users. Then also have the new packages for new users so everything is fair. Don't know why they have to do complicated things like this.

I visited TM Point Kajang yesterday. From my understanding, the bonanza is still ON. However, application for upgrade existing package to bonanza currently on hold i.e. Unifi Lite RM129 to Unifi 30 RM139.

Should be no problem if you are a new customer. Or if your contract already ended, just terminate and apply new for bonanza.

May I know is it Unifi Bonanza still available? Suddenly received email that Unifi inataller will come my house on 19/11, they put me on Unifi Lite when i fill up few months ago, is it possible i can call to change it or need to resubmit new application? I also don wan the user id and phone number that assigned by them, no body call me for verification b4 confirmation one? sad.gif

Yes, consistently 103Mbps because TM Technician said has adjusted my VLAN to 105Mbps. Download on laptop has not tried because we don't do downloads anymore. Will try when I go back home next week.
Yes, small things and strange that it was OK on 50Mbps but no longer works for 100Mbps.

It seems not all routers have this function. Mine is already flashed to Asus XWRT, hence I have this.
It is in router settings page.

However, if your connection has no issue, then don't try.. Not like mine earlier, basically screwed connection.

Only adjust your tx power if signal in your area is saturated. Normal users do not need to adjust any of these settings, just leave it at 'high' or '100%'. Or if you have multiple APs like me, try to lower it a little if you are having problem in handoff.

im upgrading from unifilite to bonanza 30mbps..rm139.. later my bill comeup have additional rm30 for hypptv everywhere lite. report to TM they removed and refund but now in latest bill they charge early termination fee rm200. wth
anyone facing this?

just chat with tm cs she said the early termination fee is valid as i have contract while in unifilite before.
